【摘要】：在城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距處于縮小態(tài)勢(shì),但目前差距依然較大。對(duì)此,本文以流通溢出效應(yīng)為視角,深入分析物流、商流、資金流和信息流對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差異的影響。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),流通溢出效應(yīng)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入的影響隨著農(nóng)村區(qū)域發(fā)展的差異而存在差異,但最終都是通過(guò)勞動(dòng)力、就業(yè)、消費(fèi)、投資等方面來(lái)影響城鄉(xiāng)收入水平,引起城鄉(xiāng)收入差距。基于流通溢出效應(yīng)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入的影響,本文提出了多種改進(jìn)路徑,如完善農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,改善農(nóng)村投資條件;鼓勵(lì)農(nóng)村外出勞動(dòng)力回流,改善農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力供給結(jié)構(gòu),提高農(nóng)村消費(fèi)潛力;改善農(nóng)村融資條件,政策促進(jìn)貸款向農(nóng)村偏移等。以期促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的縮小與均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the development strategy of urban-rural integration, the income gap between urban and rural areas in China is narrowing, but the gap is still large at present. This paper, from the perspective of circulation spillover effect, deeply analyzes logistics and commercial flows. The influence of capital flow and information flow on income difference between urban and rural areas. It is found that the effect of circulation spillover effect on urban and rural income varies with the development of rural areas, but ultimately through labor force, employment, consumption, etc. Based on the effect of circulation spillover effect on urban and rural income, this paper puts forward a variety of ways to improve, such as improving rural infrastructure, improving the conditions of rural investment; To encourage the return of rural labor force, to improve the supply structure of rural labor force, to improve rural consumption potential, to improve the rural financing conditions, policies to promote the migration of loans to rural areas, so as to promote the narrowing and balanced development of the income gap between urban and rural areas.
