【摘要】：生產(chǎn)物流是企業(yè)物流活動的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),其效率的高低對產(chǎn)量有著直接的影響。在實際物流活動中,大量單種原材料堆放在生產(chǎn)車間影響生產(chǎn)或者某種原材料運抵不及時耽擱生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)象非常普遍,運送過程中原材料的丟失也一直未能很好的解決。本項目從生產(chǎn)物流實際需求出發(fā),將原材料從不同倉庫按照先進先出原則取出,運送隊伍根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實際需求分批發(fā)送到生產(chǎn)車間,在運送過程中通過RFID設備檢驗監(jiān)控所需運送材料種類和數(shù)量,從而保證原材料安全高效的送達。本文首先闡述了開發(fā)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的背景,研究內(nèi)容和研究意義,分析了目前生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)所存在的問題,并且給出了解決方案。其次解釋了設計和實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)過程中使用到的相關知識與技術。然后從軟件需求的四個層面描述了系統(tǒng)的需求,并在此基礎上進行系統(tǒng)設計,重點描述了原材料先進先出算法,推車進出管理,Arduino讀取RFID標簽信息的設計方案。最后描述系統(tǒng)軟硬件部分各個功能模塊的設計與實現(xiàn)。經(jīng)測試和初步實踐表明,本課題實現(xiàn)的軟件系統(tǒng)使得生產(chǎn)車間堆貨或未能及時收貨的現(xiàn)象基本消除,大幅度提高了生產(chǎn)效率。系統(tǒng)具有界面簡潔友好,操作簡單易用,運行穩(wěn)定可靠,易維護,可擴展,低耦合等特點,達到了設計基本要求,對同類系統(tǒng)的設計和實現(xiàn)具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Production logistics is the key link of enterprise logistics activities, its efficiency has a direct impact on the output. In the actual logistics activities, It is very common for a large number of single raw materials to be stacked in production workshops that affect production or that the arrival of certain raw materials does not happen in time to delay production. The loss of raw materials in the process of transportation has not been solved very well. This project is based on the actual demand of production and logistics, and the raw materials are taken out from different warehouses according to the principle of first-in-first-out. The delivery team is sent to the production workshop in batches according to the actual production requirements, and the type and quantity of the required materials are inspected and monitored by RFID equipment during the transportation process. In order to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of raw materials, this paper first describes the background of the development of production logistics system, research content and research significance, and analyzes the existing problems in the production logistics system. And the solution is given. Secondly, the related knowledge and technology used in the design and implementation of the system are explained. Then the requirements of the system are described from four aspects of the software requirements, and the system design is carried out on this basis. The design of raw material first-in-first-out algorithm and the reading of RFID tag information by Arduino in and out of carts are described in detail. Finally, the design and implementation of each functional module in the software and hardware parts of the system are described. The test and preliminary practice show that, The software system realized in this paper basically eliminates the phenomenon of stowage or failure to receive goods in the production workshop, and greatly improves the production efficiency. The system has a simple and friendly interface, easy to operate, stable, reliable, easy to maintain and expandable. The characteristics of low coupling meet the basic design requirements, and have certain reference value for the design and implementation of similar systems.
