H物流公司運(yùn)營(yíng)效率改善研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的物流業(yè)起步較晚,與歐美、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,物流管理觀念及技術(shù)仍相對(duì)落后,物流企業(yè)總體規(guī)模偏小。即使是在沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),大多數(shù)物流企業(yè)仍以傳統(tǒng)的貨物運(yùn)輸作為主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù),本文案例中的H物流公司就是一家主要從事公路貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)的民營(yíng)企業(yè)。衡量此類物流運(yùn)輸企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效的主要指標(biāo)包括運(yùn)輸路線規(guī)劃、配送調(diào)度安排是否合理,以及車輛周轉(zhuǎn)效率的高低等,所以科學(xué)的運(yùn)輸路線設(shè)計(jì)和良好的車輛運(yùn)作效率,對(duì)于以H公司為代表的傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效益的提高有著極為重要的影響。本文分為四章。第一章為緒論,簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明本文的選題背景和意義以及研究思路。第二章介紹H公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,歸納總結(jié)出企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)外部面臨著政府治超限載力度加大、業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本持續(xù)上升、客戶對(duì)運(yùn)力的需要日益增加等情況,而內(nèi)部運(yùn)作方面則存在著運(yùn)輸配送路線設(shè)計(jì)不合理、車輛運(yùn)作效率低下、貨車司機(jī)人員流失嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題。第三章研究公司經(jīng)營(yíng)問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策,在明確減載運(yùn)輸?shù)闹笇?dǎo)思想后,運(yùn)用Dijkstra算法重新設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)輸路線,制訂節(jié)約成本優(yōu)先的路線選擇策略;采用節(jié)約矩陣分析法合并行駛路線,重組配送流程;完善內(nèi)部人員管理及業(yè)務(wù)收入分配制度,實(shí)施KPI考核及各項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度,激勵(lì)貨車司機(jī)。第四章為改善方案實(shí)施效果部分,展示公司車輛經(jīng)營(yíng)成本大幅下降,配送運(yùn)力得到節(jié)省,車輛運(yùn)作效率顯著提高,企業(yè)營(yíng)業(yè)收入及利潤(rùn)率上漲,完成貨車司機(jī)人員配備等改進(jìn)效果。最后是本文的結(jié)論。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)H物流公司這一代表性企業(yè)案例的研究,采用科學(xué)的分析方法和現(xiàn)代管理制度,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)帶來(lái)經(jīng)營(yíng)成本降低、運(yùn)作效率提高的改善效果,為物流同行企業(yè)改善經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效益提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:China's logistics industry started relatively late, compared with developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan, the concept and technology of logistics management are still relatively backward, and the overall scale of logistics enterprises is relatively small. Even in developed coastal areas, Most logistics enterprises still take the traditional freight transportation as their main business. The H logistics company in this paper is a private enterprise mainly engaged in highway freight transportation. The main indicators to measure the operation performance of this kind of logistics transportation enterprises include transportation route planning, whether the distribution scheduling arrangement is reasonable or not. And the level of vehicle turnover efficiency, so scientific transportation route design and good vehicle operation efficiency, This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter introduces the current situation of H Company, summarizes that the external management of the enterprise is facing the government to increase the strength of overload, business operation costs continue to rise. The customer's demand for transportation capacity is increasing day by day, but in the internal operation, there is unreasonable design of transportation distribution route and low efficiency of vehicle operation. The third chapter studies the solutions to the company's business problems. After clarifying the guiding ideology of load reduction transportation, the Dijkstra algorithm is used to redesign the transportation route of point-to-point business. Make the route selection strategy of cost saving priority; combine the driving route with the saving matrix analysis method, reorganize the distribution process; perfect the internal personnel management and business income distribution system, implement the KPI examination and each reward system, Chapter 4th, for the purpose of improving the effect of the scheme, shows that the operating cost of the company's vehicles has dropped substantially, the distribution capacity has been saved, the efficiency of the vehicle operation has been significantly improved, and the operating income and profit margins of the enterprises have increased. Finally, it is the conclusion of this paper. The purpose of this paper is to adopt scientific analysis method and modern management system through the case study of H logistics company, which is a representative enterprise. It can reduce the operating cost and improve the operation efficiency. It can also provide reference for the logistics enterprises to improve their management and operation efficiency.
