龍口港現(xiàn)代物流體系建設(shè)中的資源整合研究

【摘要】:集約高效化的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級是國家的重大戰(zhàn)略部署,同時也是行業(yè)發(fā)展思想的深刻變革。港口作為國家物流產(chǎn)業(yè)中重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和物流服務(wù)提供商,加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流體系,推動物流產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,已勢在必行。龍口港作為區(qū)域性的重要港口,在競爭中取得了極大的發(fā)展。但隨著周邊港口物流設(shè)施與功能的日趨同質(zhì)化,龍口港的裝卸功能和服務(wù)功能已然逐步失去了優(yōu)勢。為應(yīng)對日益加劇的競爭,搶抓山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)和膠東半島高端產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集區(qū)兩大戰(zhàn)略實施的重大歷史機遇,龍口港需要及時轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展理念,實現(xiàn)由簡單數(shù)量的擴充向協(xié)調(diào)高效發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)變。本文從探討港口物流與現(xiàn)代物流開始,研究了龍口港在現(xiàn)代物流體系上的建設(shè)與發(fā)展;利用物流資源整合的方式推動龍口港現(xiàn)代物流的改造。物流資源整合將實現(xiàn)物流集約化、專業(yè)化的發(fā)展,物流資源通過兼并重組、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、合資合作等多種方式形成復(fù)雜的物流系統(tǒng)。在物流資源的整合中,采用以利益分配為導(dǎo)向的整合模式,建立物流資源整合的利益分配模型,推動龍口港擺脫僅作為裝卸貨物的物流節(jié)點的束縛,成為水路、公路、鐵路、管道運輸?shù)榷喾N物流方式的集大成者,為客戶提供更好的現(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Intensive and efficient industrial upgrading is a major strategic deployment of the country, and also a profound change in the thinking of industry development. As an important infrastructure and logistics service provider in the national logistics industry, ports are speeding up the development of the modern logistics system. It is imperative to promote the upgrading of logistics industry. As an important regional port, Longkou Port has made great progress in competition. However, with the increasing homogeneity of logistics facilities and functions of the surrounding ports, The loading and unloading functions and service functions of Longkou Port have gradually lost their advantages. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition, the two major historical opportunities for the implementation of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula and the high-end industrial gathering area of Jiaodong Peninsula have been seized. Longkou Port needs to change the concept of development in time and realize the transformation from simple quantity expansion to coordinated and efficient development. This paper begins with the discussion of port logistics and modern logistics, and studies the construction and development of Longkou Port in modern logistics system. The integration of logistics resources will realize the intensive and specialized development of logistics, logistics resources through mergers and reorganization, strategic alliances, In the integration of logistics resources, the benefit distribution model of logistics resources integration is established by adopting the integration mode of interest distribution. To push Longkou Port to get rid of the bondage of logistics node which is only used to load and unload cargo, and become the integrator of many logistics modes, such as waterway, road, railway, pipeline transportation and so on, to provide better modern logistics service for customers.
