【摘要】：江蘇省是擁有豐富的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品資源的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,但是傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應已經(jīng)不能滿足于人們對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品需求的不斷變化,江蘇省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的矛盾已經(jīng)從生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱魍ōh(huán)節(jié),長期以來的重生產(chǎn)、輕流通是江蘇省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流業(yè)發(fā)展滯后的主要原因,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通效率低下、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品損耗大、運輸周期長、運輸費用居高不下、配送行業(yè)虧損嚴重,這些嚴重阻礙了江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,限制了農(nóng)民收入的增加,因此對江蘇省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送業(yè)的優(yōu)化顯得尤為重要。高效科學的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送體系的建立,在體現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品本身價值的同時,也給創(chuàng)造了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在流通環(huán)節(jié)中的增值機會。通過對整個體系的改造與優(yōu)化可以降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在流通過程中的損耗率、降低運輸環(huán)節(jié)的費用,提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)價值。本文首先從相關理論學習研究的角度出發(fā),豐富對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流研究的理論基礎,結(jié)合江蘇省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展的實際情況,在歸納總結(jié)出江蘇省現(xiàn)有存在的一些農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送模式的基礎上,進行深入分析,并從中發(fā)現(xiàn)這些模式存在的優(yōu)缺點,指出其發(fā)展過程中存在的一些問題:嚴重缺乏專業(yè)化物流人才、農(nóng)村物流基礎設施相對滯后、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流組織化程度低、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流增值成本壓力大、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流深加工技術落后,這些問題將長期嚴重阻礙著江蘇省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的發(fā)展。最后通過實證分析,將江蘇省物流業(yè)的發(fā)展結(jié)合主成分分析法多元回歸分析法找出影響江蘇省物流業(yè)的關鍵影響因素,分別對這些因素進行回歸預測,最終將其結(jié)果運用在整個經(jīng)濟體系中,預測出未來10年內(nèi)江蘇省物流業(yè)的一個發(fā)展狀況,最終針對預測的結(jié)果對江蘇省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流業(yè)的發(fā)展提出一些措施與對策建議:加強對物流基礎設施的建設力度,加大資金的投入、加大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送專業(yè)化人才的培養(yǎng)、建立和完善水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全管理、調(diào)整和優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、大力發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品深加工,實現(xiàn)技術創(chuàng)新,以促進江蘇省的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Jiangsu Province is a big agricultural province with abundant agricultural products resources. However, the traditional agricultural product supply has been unable to meet the ever-changing demand for agricultural products. The contradiction of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province has changed from a production link to a circulation link. For a long time, the heavy production and light circulation have been the main reasons for the backward development of the logistics industry of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province. The circulation efficiency of agricultural products is low, the losses of agricultural products are large, the transportation cycle is long, the transportation costs are high, and the losses in the distribution industry are serious. These seriously hinder the development of agriculture in Jiangsu Province and limit the increase of farmers' income. Therefore, it is particularly important to optimize the logistics and distribution of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province. While embodying the value of agricultural products themselves, they also create opportunities for adding value to agricultural products in the circulation link. Through the transformation and optimization of the entire system, the loss rate of agricultural products in the circulation process can be reduced, and the cost of transportation links can be reduced. To improve the commercial value of agricultural products. Firstly, from the perspective of relevant theoretical study and research, this paper enriches the theoretical basis of agricultural product logistics research, and combines with the actual situation of agricultural product logistics development in Jiangsu Province. On the basis of summing up some existing distribution models of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province, this paper makes a deep analysis, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of these models. This paper points out some problems existing in the process of development, such as the serious lack of specialized logistics personnel, the relative lag of rural logistics infrastructure, the low degree of organization of agricultural products logistics, and the pressure on the value-added cost of agricultural products logistics. The backward processing technology of agricultural products logistics, these problems will seriously hinder the development of agricultural products logistics in Jiangsu Province for a long time. Finally, through empirical analysis, The development of logistics industry in Jiangsu Province is combined with the multiple regression analysis method of principal component analysis to find out the key factors that affect the logistics industry in Jiangsu Province, and forecast these factors separately, and finally apply the results to the whole economic system. This paper predicts a development situation of logistics industry in Jiangsu Province in the next 10 years, and finally puts forward some measures and suggestions for the development of logistics industry of agricultural products in Jiangsu Province in the light of the predicted results: strengthening the construction of logistics infrastructure, Increase investment in funds, increase the training of specialized personnel for agricultural product logistics and distribution, establish and improve the quality and safety management of aquatic products, adjust and optimize the agricultural industrial structure, vigorously develop the deep processing of agricultural products, and realize technological innovation. In order to promote the rapid development of agricultural products logistics distribution industry in Jiangsu Province.
