【摘要】：“生態(tài)文明建設(shè)”大背景下生態(tài)城市建設(shè)繁榮發(fā)展,伴隨著城市經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,城市居民生活日益豐富,完善城市生活廢棄物物流模式已經(jīng)成為生態(tài)城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展趨勢。本文旨在運用現(xiàn)代物流理論對國內(nèi)外城市生活廢棄物物流模式進行全面的闡述和分析,比較各模式并進行借鑒,完善湖南省城市生活廢棄物物流模式,為促進湖南省生態(tài)城市的建設(shè)、降低社會資源的消耗、減少生活廢棄物的產(chǎn)量、做好城市生活廢棄物物流的生態(tài)環(huán)保管理及處置有重大意義。論文綜合運用文獻分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、案例分析法等,開展相關(guān)研究工作。通過梳理生態(tài)城市、生態(tài)城市建設(shè)、生活廢棄物及生活廢棄物物流等理論,結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻資料的整理與綜述,了解國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對城市生活廢棄物物流模式研究的相關(guān)情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對城市生活廢棄物物流模式基本特征、物流主體及運行機制等方面進行分析,比較城市生活廢棄物物流模式的優(yōu)缺點、適用范圍、對居民環(huán)保意識的依賴程度,并對其進行充分借鑒以優(yōu)化湖南省傳統(tǒng)城市生活廢棄物物流模式。然后采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析方法,以湖南省長沙市為案例對城市生活廢棄物物流模式進行優(yōu)化可行性實證分析,再根據(jù)城市居民生活廢棄物物流相關(guān)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分析得出結(jié)論,并就調(diào)研所反映出的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策。本文研究成果對湖南省建設(shè)符合“環(huán)境友好型、資源節(jié)約型”的生態(tài)城市、促進湖南省城市經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "ecological civilization construction", the construction and prosperity of ecological city, with the rapid development of urban economy, the life of urban residents is increasingly rich. Improving the logistics mode of urban domestic waste has become the development trend of ecological city construction. This paper aims to use modern logistics theory to comprehensively explain and analyze the logistics model of domestic and foreign domestic and foreign domestic waste. In order to promote the construction of ecological city in Hunan Province, reduce the consumption of social resources and reduce the production of domestic waste, the logistics mode of urban domestic waste in Hunan Province is improved by comparing the various models and using them for reference. It is of great significance to do a good job in the management and disposal of ecological environmental protection of urban domestic waste logistics. This paper comprehensively applies the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, case analysis, and so on, to carry out relevant research work. Based on the theories of domestic waste and domestic waste logistics, and combining with the relevant literature and materials, we can find out the relevant situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on the logistics model of urban domestic waste. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of urban domestic waste logistics model, logistics main body and operation mechanism, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of urban domestic waste logistics model, the scope of application, and the degree of dependence on residents' awareness of environmental protection. In order to optimize the logistics mode of Hunan traditional municipal domestic waste, the author uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to optimize the logistics mode of urban domestic waste. Taking Changsha City of Hunan Province as a case study, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the feasibility of optimizing the logistics model of municipal domestic waste, and then draws a conclusion according to the relevant investigation data of urban residents' domestic waste logistics. The research results of this paper are of great significance for Hunan Province to build an eco-city with "environment-friendly and resource-saving" and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of urban economy in Hunan Province.
