【摘要】：伴隨著供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革進(jìn)入攻堅(jiān)階段,物流企業(yè)須提升自身的實(shí)力才能適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展。政府部門(mén)及時(shí)有效的掌握物流需求發(fā)展趨勢(shì),分析各種因素對(duì)物流供給的影響程度,將有利于優(yōu)化與完善蚌埠市物流服務(wù)體系。對(duì)未來(lái)蚌埠市物流需求量以及物流發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)是合理構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代物流體系的重要依據(jù),使蚌埠市物流供給和物流需求相匹配。也只有結(jié)合物流需求量以及全市總體空間結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)物流設(shè)施實(shí)行系統(tǒng),科學(xué)的規(guī)劃,才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)降本增效的目標(biāo)。因此,本文建立了 PCA-GA-SVM模型擬合蚌埠市物流量,為政府和企業(yè)提供一種行之有效的方法。本文在閱讀大量有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)后,總結(jié)當(dāng)前物流研究的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;首先,說(shuō)明了物流需求的內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn),闡述了物流需求預(yù)測(cè)步驟;其次,以蚌埠市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為背景,分析了物流需求影響因素,并通過(guò)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法進(jìn)行篩選,構(gòu)建了較完善的指標(biāo)體系;再次,本文通過(guò)建立PAC-GA-SVM模型表征蚌埠市物流量,并與對(duì)比模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明,此模型的進(jìn)度較好,為蚌埠市物流需求量預(yù)測(cè)提供了新途徑。本文系統(tǒng)的解析了蚌埠市物流需求的影響因素,并構(gòu)建了比較合理的指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)預(yù)測(cè)模型對(duì)蚌埠市公路貨運(yùn)發(fā)送量進(jìn)行了較準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè),為政府部門(mén)合理利用與配置物流市場(chǎng)資源提供可靠依據(jù),為政府制定物流政策時(shí)提供依據(jù),為企業(yè)策劃物流產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售方案時(shí)提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the supply-side structural reform entering the critical stage, logistics enterprises must enhance their own strength to adapt to the development of the times. Government departments grasp the development trend of logistics demand in a timely and effective manner, and analyze the influence of various factors on logistics supply. It will be beneficial to optimize and perfect the logistics service system of Bengbu. Forecasting the logistics demand and logistics development situation in Bengbu in the future is the important basis for the rational construction of modern logistics system. In order to make Bengbu logistics supply and logistics demand match. Only combining logistics demand and the overall spatial structure of the whole city to carry out systematic and scientific planning, can we achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. In this paper, the PCA-GA-SVM model is established to fit the material flow of Bengbu, which provides an effective method for the government and enterprises. After reading a lot of relevant documents, this paper summarizes the current situation of logistics research. The connotation and characteristics of logistics demand are explained, and the forecasting steps of logistics demand are expounded. Secondly, based on the development situation of Bengbu, the influencing factors of logistics demand are analyzed and screened by grey correlation method. Thirdly, this paper establishes a PAC-GA-SVM model to characterize the logistics of Bengbu, and compares it with the contrast model. The results show that the progress of the model is good. It provides a new way for forecasting logistics demand in Bengbu. This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of logistics demand in Bengbu, and constructs a more reasonable index system. Based on the prediction model, this paper makes a more accurate forecast on the quantity of road freight transport in Bengbu, which provides a reliable basis for the rational utilization and allocation of logistics market resources by government departments, and provides a basis for the government to formulate logistics policies. Provide guidance to enterprises when planning logistics product sales plan.
