【摘要】：目的探討采用物流機器人配送方法在手術(shù)室二級庫房耗材管理中的應用效果。方法采用自行設(shè)計的物流機器人進行臨床應用實驗,評價指標包括單點配送實驗時,物流機器人平均時間/趟、運送物品差錯率、替代配送員工作量/臺、漏賬發(fā)生率、避開人百分率、避開障礙物百分率、迷失路線次數(shù)、操作反應速度;與人工對比實驗時,比較取貨時間、送貨時間、核查時間之間的差異。結(jié)果物流機器人單點配送實驗422次運行記錄數(shù)據(jù)顯示:每趟平均時間為1.75 min,每臺可替代3~4名配送員的工作量;420次避開人;414次避開障礙物;13次迷失路線;419次操作反應在正常速度;與人工對比結(jié)果顯示,取貨時間,P0.05;送貨時間和核對時間,P0.01,機器人配送時間優(yōu)于人工配送。結(jié)論應用物流機器人配送手術(shù)室高值耗材能有效縮短耗材申領(lǐng)時間且配送精準、信息準確。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application effect of logistics robot distribution method in the management of consumable materials in two storerooms of operating room. Methods the self-designed logistics robot was used to carry out clinical application experiment, and the evaluation index included single point distribution experiment. The average time / trip of the logistics robot, the error rate of transporting the goods, the workload of the replacement distributor / desk, the rate of missing account, the percentage of avoiding people, the percentage of avoiding obstacles, the number of lost routes, the speed of operation, the comparison with manual experiment, Compare the delivery time and delivery time, Results the data of 422 single point distribution experiments of logistics robots showed that the average time per trip was 1.75 mins, and the workload of each unit was 420 times avoiding people and 414 times avoiding obstacles. Second lost route 419 operation reaction at normal speed; The results of comparison showed that the delivery time and check time were P0.05, the delivery time and check time were P0.01, and the distribution time of robot was better than that of manual distribution. Conclusion the application of high value consumables in the operating room of logistics robot distribution can effectively shorten the application time of consumables, and the distribution is accurate. The information is accurate.
