【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活也變得更加便捷,但是對于視障用戶來說,先進的信息化平臺不僅沒有為其生活帶來便利,反而,越是看似絢麗多彩的動態(tài)頁面,讓視障用戶使用的難度系數(shù)越大。這是所有信息化電子平臺都需要解決的問題,特別是涉及到錢財并被廣泛應用于電信、物流、銀行等多個領域的電子賬單管理系統(tǒng)。近年來,賬單的管理方式逐漸從最初的柜臺人工辦理業(yè)務方式升級為線上賬單管理方式。用戶可通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對自己的賬單進行管理而無需到柜臺排號辦理,這大大地節(jié)約了用戶和柜員寶貴的時間,避免了人工辦理業(yè)務可能產(chǎn)生的錯誤和紙質(zhì)賬單在郵寄過程中丟失、損壞等問題,更重要的是將電子賬單代替紙質(zhì)賬單的無紙化辦公方式也保護了環(huán)境。但是由于開發(fā)這種電子賬單管理系統(tǒng)的公司在需求分析過程中并沒有考慮到視障人士這一特殊群體,因此視障用戶需要辦理其賬單相關(guān)業(yè)務時,為了防止因?qū)ο到y(tǒng)的理解偏差、操作錯誤等造成的財產(chǎn)損失,仍需前往柜臺人工辦理。信息化的快速發(fā)展不但沒有為視障用戶的生活帶來便利,反而削弱了其接受高新技術(shù)、融入現(xiàn)代化生活的信心。作為社會中平等而特殊的群體,視障用戶有使用信息化平臺融入現(xiàn)代化生活的權(quán)利。本課題的面向視障用戶的Oracle Billing Insight系統(tǒng)正是出于解決視障用戶無法使用電子賬單管理系統(tǒng)的問題而進行設計和開發(fā)的。課題以Oracle公司的一款為用戶提供賬單查詢、支付等管理功能的Oracle Billing Insight系統(tǒng)為載體展現(xiàn)無障礙支持的系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)。為了讓視障用戶使用線上系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)在前端開發(fā)過程中充分了考慮視障用戶的系統(tǒng)使用偏好,兼容了無障礙開發(fā),當視障用戶使用讀屏軟件訪問系統(tǒng)時,系統(tǒng)可為其提供與無障礙用戶使用系統(tǒng)時直接或間接獲取到的全部有用信息,又不會對無障礙人士對系統(tǒng)的使用帶來任何更改。系統(tǒng)使用Maven作為項目管理工具、SSH技術(shù)架構(gòu)、持續(xù)集成的開發(fā)方式、負載均衡與反向代理技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控及告警功能及響應式布局設計,成功地設計并實現(xiàn)了一款高可用的、伸縮性強的、高擴展的、高效的具有告警功能的電子賬單管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的成功設計與實現(xiàn)解決了線下賬單查詢、支付等管理過程中給用戶帶來的不便之處,解決了視障用戶使用線上電子賬單管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題。讓視障用戶與無障礙用戶可以享有同等服務。本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在美國多家企業(yè)上線并成功運行,深受用戶好評,為用戶的生活提供了便利,特別是視障用戶的生活質(zhì)量也因此而有明顯地提高,為其融入現(xiàn)代化的生活做出了巨大的貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, people's life has become more convenient, but for the visually impaired users, the advanced information platform not only does not bring convenience to their lives, but also appears to be colorful dynamic pages. The more difficult it is for visually impaired users to use, the more difficult it is for all information electronic platforms to solve, especially the electronic billing management system, which involves money and is widely used in telecommunications, logistics, banking and other fields. The management of bills is gradually upgraded from the original manual handling of the counter to the online bill management. Users can manage their bills through the Internet without having to go to the counter to arrange the number. This greatly saves the valuable time of users and tellers, avoids the mistakes that may arise from manual handling of business and the loss and damage of paper bills in the course of mailing. What's more, the paperless way of doing things with electronic bills instead of paper bills also protects the environment. But because companies that develop this e-billing management system do not take this particular group of visually impaired people into account in their needs analysis, Therefore, when the visually impaired user needs to handle its billing related business, in order to prevent property losses caused by misunderstandings and misoperation of the system, The rapid development of information not only does not facilitate the life of visually impaired users, but also weakens their confidence to accept high technology and integrate into modern life. As an equal and special group in society, The Oracle Billing Insight system for visually impaired users is designed to solve the problem that they cannot use the electronic billing management system. The project uses a Oracle company to provide users with billing queries, The Oracle Billing Insight system with management functions such as payment is designed and implemented to show the barrier-free support system. In order to allow the visually impaired users to use the on-line system, the system fully considers the system usage preferences of the visually impaired users in the front-end development process. Compatible with accessibility development, where users with visual impairment use screen reading software to access the system, which provides them with all the useful information directly or indirectly obtained from the use of the system by accessible users, The system uses Maven as a project management tool for Maven technology architecture, continuous integration of development methods, load balancing and reverse proxy technology, System monitoring and alarm function and response layout design, successfully designed and implemented a high availability, scalability, high expansion, An efficient electronic bill management system with alarm function. The successful design and implementation of the system solves the inconvenience to users in the process of offline bill inquiry, payment, etc. It solves the problem of using the online electronic bill management system for the visually impaired users. It makes the users of the visually impaired and barrier-free users enjoy the same services. The system has been put online and run successfully in many enterprises in the United States, and is well received by the users. It provides convenience for users' life, especially the quality of life of visually impaired users, and makes a great contribution to their integration into modern life.
