【摘要】：我國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸近幾年發(fā)展較快,空港物流園區(qū)的優(yōu)勢(shì)也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。空港物流園區(qū)的規(guī)模效應(yīng)促進(jìn)空港物流發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。各地為發(fā)揮園區(qū)優(yōu)勢(shì)加緊發(fā)展空港物流園區(qū),但不同地區(qū)空港物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展水平存在差距,物流能力差異是空港物流園區(qū)發(fā)展水平不同的重要體現(xiàn)。探索評(píng)價(jià)空港物流園區(qū)物流能力的方法和途徑有助于充分挖掘園區(qū)發(fā)展?jié)摿?提高園區(qū)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)物流業(yè)發(fā)展。目前對(duì)空港物流園區(qū)物流能力評(píng)價(jià)缺乏一套科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和方法,因此確立一套比較全面、科學(xué)的指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。分析總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外物流能力評(píng)價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀并指出不足,確定具體評(píng)價(jià)方法。結(jié)合物流能力形成機(jī)理找出園區(qū)物流能力的影響因素,從物流規(guī)模、物流運(yùn)作、物流要素和園區(qū)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。利用AHP確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,最終構(gòu)建完整的園區(qū)物流能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用基于AHP的TOPSIS和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法對(duì)我國(guó)主要空港物流園區(qū)物流能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),兩種方法的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果較好地反映了被評(píng)價(jià)園區(qū)實(shí)際的物流能力,說(shuō)明指標(biāo)體系和方法的科學(xué)性和可操作性。結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀提出提高空港物流園區(qū)物流能力的建議,為園區(qū)發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China's air transportation has developed rapidly in recent years, and the advantages of the airport logistics park have gradually emerged. The scale effect of the air port logistics park promotes the development of air port logistics. In order to give full play to the advantages of the park, all localities have stepped up the development of the airport logistics park, but there is a gap in the development level of the airport logistics park in different regions. The difference of logistics ability is an important embodiment of the different development level of the airport logistics park. Exploring the ways and means of evaluating the logistics capability of the airport logistics park will help to fully tap the potential development of the park and improve the competitiveness of the park. To promote the development of logistics industry. At present, there is a lack of a scientific evaluation index system and method for the evaluation of logistics capacity of the airport logistics park. The scientific index system and evaluation method are of practical significance. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current research situation of logistics capability evaluation at home and abroad, points out the shortcomings, determines the concrete evaluation methods, and finds out the influencing factors of logistics capability of the park combining with the forming mechanism of logistics capability. The evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects: logistics scale, logistics operation, logistics elements and the sustainability of local economy of the park. The weight of each index is determined by using AHP. Finally, a complete evaluation index system of the logistics capability of the park is constructed, and the logistics capability of the main airport logistics parks in China is evaluated by using the TOPSIS based on AHP and the grey correlation method. The evaluation results of the two methods reflect the actual logistics capability of the evaluated park, explain the scientific nature and maneuverability of the index system and the method, and put forward some suggestions for improving the logistics capability of the airport logistics park in combination with the present situation. To provide the basis for the development of the park.
