制造業(yè)物流揀貨工效研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈多變,制造企業(yè)為了在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì),不僅要擁有高效的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)技術(shù),同時(shí),還需要科學(xué)的物流管理系統(tǒng)作為保障。揀貨物流作為制造企業(yè)物流管理的重要組成部分,其準(zhǔn)確性和準(zhǔn)時(shí)性直接關(guān)系到生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃能否順利進(jìn)行,生產(chǎn)線能否按時(shí)生產(chǎn),成品庫能否按期交貨等問題。為了能夠幫助企業(yè)及時(shí)掌握揀貨物流管理信息,度量揀貨物流管理性能,發(fā)揮精確的決策功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的合理配置,企業(yè)需要能夠反映實(shí)際揀貨物流工效的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。因此,為了滿足企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,計(jì)算制造業(yè)揀貨物流工效,建立一套完善、適用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間測(cè)定方法,勢(shì)在必行。本文以制造業(yè)為例,專門針對(duì)揀貨物流工效和計(jì)算工效的必要數(shù)據(jù)——標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間進(jìn)行研究。以S公司原材料揀貨物流為背景,通過對(duì)揀貨物流現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作流程進(jìn)行分解,采用生產(chǎn)流程作業(yè)分析法、秒表時(shí)間測(cè)定法和作業(yè)均值法,將揀貨流程中存在的動(dòng)態(tài)因素簡(jiǎn)單化、定量化,對(duì)周轉(zhuǎn)箱貨架區(qū)域、托盤貨架區(qū)域、垂直立柜區(qū)域三大揀貨區(qū)域作業(yè)所需的觀測(cè)時(shí)間進(jìn)行測(cè)試。在計(jì)算觀測(cè)時(shí)間時(shí),由于外界環(huán)境影響,所得到的時(shí)間會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的誤差,所以本文采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的觀測(cè)時(shí)間評(píng)定法,考慮人員因素、設(shè)備因素以及環(huán)境因素對(duì)揀貨工作人員揀貨作業(yè)的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立影響因素評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用模糊語言量表法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)因子進(jìn)行模糊賦值,之后建立基于BP的影響因素與修正系數(shù)的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,計(jì)算出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間制定所需的觀測(cè)時(shí)間修正系數(shù)。然后,根據(jù)實(shí)際工作管理情況,確定揀貨作業(yè)的寬放時(shí)間。最后,建立單件產(chǎn)品和多件產(chǎn)品的整個(gè)揀貨流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間計(jì)算模型,即完成制造業(yè)揀貨物流工效的制定,以滿足企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的合理配置。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce and changeable market competition, in order to take the absolute advantage in the competition, manufacturing enterprises should not only have efficient product production technology, but also, at the same time, As an important part of the logistics management of manufacturing enterprises, the accuracy and punctuality of the logistics management system is directly related to whether the production plan can be carried out smoothly and whether the production line can be produced on time. In order to help the enterprise to grasp the management information of picking goods flow in time, to measure the performance of sorting goods flow management, to give play to the accurate decision-making function, and to realize the rational allocation of resources. Enterprises need to be able to reflect the relevant data of actual cargo flow ergonomics. Therefore, in order to meet the actual needs of enterprises, to calculate the flow efficiency of goods picking in the manufacturing industry and to establish a set of perfect and applicable standard time measurement methods, It is imperative to take the manufacturing industry as an example to study the necessary data of picking goods flow efficiency and calculating work efficiency-standard time. Based on the background of S Company raw materials picking goods flow, the field work flow of picking goods flow is decomposed. By means of production process activity analysis method, stopwatch time measurement method and operation average method, the dynamic factors existing in the picking process are simplified and quantified. The observation time required for the operation of the three major pick-up areas in the vertical cabinet area is tested. When calculating the observation time, due to the influence of the external environment, the time obtained will produce certain errors. Therefore, this paper adopts the BP neural network method to evaluate the observation time, considering the influence of personnel, equipment and environment factors on the picking operation of the sorting staff, and then establishing the evaluation index system of the influencing factors. The fuzzy language scale method is used to assign fuzzy value to the evaluation factor, and then the neural network model based on the influence factor and the correction coefficient of BP is established to calculate the correction coefficient of the observation time needed for the formulation of the standard time. According to the actual work management situation, determine the wide release time of the picking operation. Finally, establish the standard time calculation model of the whole picking process of the single product and the multi-piece product, that is, to complete the formulation of the work efficiency of the picking goods flow in the manufacturing industry. In order to meet the actual needs of enterprises, realize the rational allocation of resources.
