【摘要】：近幾年來,隨著企業(yè)配送中心配送產(chǎn)品的種類和數(shù)量急劇增加,各個物流環(huán)節(jié)作業(yè)活動浪費嚴重,如何準確識別浪費、消除浪費,很多解決方法正在研究之中。本文重點針對企業(yè)配送中心的作業(yè)流程特點,研究運用價值流分析方法對企業(yè)配送中心作業(yè)流程進行優(yōu)化,從而實現(xiàn)配送中心作業(yè)的持續(xù)改善,達到消除浪費的目的。主要做了以下幾個方面的研究： (1)構(gòu)建了企業(yè)配送中心TPI-VSA價值流優(yōu)化模型 采用“逆向思維、正向執(zhí)行”的思路,從日常運作層和精益改善層兩個層面構(gòu)建了企業(yè)配送中心TPI-VSA價值流優(yōu)化模型,并對目標需求、物流過程、資源投入等模型要素進行了系統(tǒng)分析。 (2)提出基于DMAIC過程的價值流分析方法 本文基于DMAIC精益改善理念,從“定位目標需求、不斷消除浪費、持續(xù)改善提升”三個點切入,將DMAIC過程的五個階段與價值流分析方法有機地結(jié)合,并通過繪制配送中心作業(yè)流程價值流圖識別、消除浪費。 (3)運用EIQ-ABC分析法、灰色聚類綜合評價法進行優(yōu)化效果評價 本文在制定和實施流程優(yōu)化時,采用EIQ-ABC分析法對配送中心作業(yè)流程指標數(shù)據(jù)進行了深入分析；在評價配送中心作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化效果時,采用了定量的灰色聚類綜合評價算法。 (4)實證研究 論文以B公司配送中心為背景,運用論文構(gòu)建的模型和方法,對B公司配送中心作業(yè)流程進行了價值流分析和作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化,驗證了本論文提出的模型與方法的有效性,對配送中心作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化及運作效率提升,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid increase in the types and quantity of distribution products in the distribution centers of enterprises, the operation activities of various logistics links are seriously wasted. How to identify waste accurately and eliminate waste, Many solutions are being studied. This paper focuses on the characteristics of the business process of the enterprise distribution center, and uses the value flow analysis method to optimize the business process of the enterprise distribution center, so as to achieve the continuous improvement of the distribution center operation. To achieve the purpose of eliminating waste. The following aspects of research are mainly done:. The TPI-VSA value flow optimization model of enterprise distribution center is constructed. Using the idea of "reverse thinking, forward execution", this paper constructs the TPI-VSA value flow optimization model of enterprise distribution center from two levels of daily operation layer and lean improvement layer, and the objective demand and logistics process. Resource input and other model elements are systematically analyzed. (2) A value flow analysis method based on DMAIC process is proposed. Based on the concept of DMAIC Lean improvement, this paper combines the five stages of DMAIC process with the value flow analysis method. The waste is eliminated by drawing the value flow chart of distribution center. 3) using EIQ-ABC analysis method and grey cluster comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of optimization. In this paper, the EIQ-ABC analysis method is used to analyze the data of distribution center process optimization, and the quantitative grey clustering comprehensive evaluation algorithm is used to evaluate the effect of distribution center operation process optimization. 4) empirical study. This paper takes B company distribution center as the background, using the model and method constructed by the paper, carries on the value flow analysis and the work flow optimization to the B company distribution center operation process, and verifies the validity of the model and method proposed in this paper. It has certain theoretical and practical significance for optimizing the operation flow and improving the operation efficiency of distribution center.
