【摘要】：世界性經(jīng)濟(jì)金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)重創(chuàng)了我國(guó)的鋼鐵企業(yè),導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)的發(fā)展舉步維艱。一直以來,鋼鐵需求市場(chǎng)萎靡不振、鋼鐵價(jià)格跌入谷底,鋼鐵產(chǎn)能過剩的問題得不到有效的緩解。因此中國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)要想進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,就必須走精細(xì)化的管理型發(fā)展道路,改變傳統(tǒng)的那種落后的粗放型發(fā)展方式。當(dāng)前,鋼鐵行業(yè)的利潤(rùn)極為低下,鋼鐵公司要想謀得自身的發(fā)展,提高自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就需要提高物流的管理水平,控制成本。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)鋼鐵企業(yè)的信息化系統(tǒng)都是以ERP系統(tǒng)為主,隨著首鋼的搬遷,公司逐步需要運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代化管理理念來指導(dǎo)信息化平臺(tái)的建設(shè)。本文首先結(jié)合京唐公司實(shí)際情況,對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流體系進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析和闡述,分析了京唐公司廠內(nèi)用車的業(yè)務(wù)流程及結(jié)算流程存在的問題,如部分用車部門申請(qǐng)用車不夠規(guī)范,工作量簽認(rèn)不夠及時(shí),影響運(yùn)輸量統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,數(shù)據(jù)核對(duì)工作量大、繁瑣、易出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)等問題,并提出運(yùn)輸成本控制的一些措施,以茲對(duì)公司物流運(yùn)輸成本控制有所幫助,為企業(yè)日益壯大提供必要的條件。另外,本文分析了SAP軟件物流結(jié)算模塊現(xiàn)狀,解決了當(dāng)前首鋼京唐物流運(yùn)輸管理信息系統(tǒng)障礙,如物流運(yùn)輸管理信息系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)來源不準(zhǔn)確、物流運(yùn)輸管理信息系統(tǒng)相應(yīng)結(jié)算數(shù)據(jù)不對(duì)應(yīng)、物流運(yùn)輸管理信息系統(tǒng)相應(yīng)結(jié)算數(shù)據(jù)無法及時(shí)更新等問題。建立SAP軟件物流結(jié)算模塊的推廣意義在于,使用SAP產(chǎn)品為首鋼京唐公司建立一套完整的信息化平臺(tái)是首鋼京唐公司現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)過程中所必不可少的,也是降低生產(chǎn)成本,在逆境中發(fā)展的重要手段,它承載了首鋼京唐公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)建設(shè)信息化首鋼京唐公司的希望。最后,本文結(jié)合SAP軟件整體設(shè)計(jì)概況分析,提出公司物流運(yùn)費(fèi)結(jié)算管理辦法優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the world financial crisis hit China's iron and steel enterprises, has led to the development of China's iron and steel enterprises at present. Since the market demand for steel low-spirited, steel prices down, steel overcapacity problems have not been effectively alleviated. Therefore Chinese steel enterprises want to develop, it must take the road of management the development of the fine, change the traditional sort of backward development mode. At present, the steel industry profit is very low, the Steel Corp to seek their own development, improve their core competitiveness, it is necessary to improve the logistics management level, cost control information system. The current domestic iron and steel enterprises are based on the ERP the system, with the relocation of Shougang, the company gradually needs to build the use of advanced modern management concepts to guide the information platform. This paper combined Jingtang public Our actual situation, briefly analyzes and discusses the modern logistics system, analyzes the existing business processes and the settlement process of the car factory Jingtang, as part of the car department for the car is not standardized, the workload sign is not timely, affecting traffic statistics data, check the workload, tedious and prone to errors and other issues. And put forward some measures to control the transportation cost, in order to help the logistics transportation cost control of the company, to provide the necessary conditions for the enterprise development. In addition, this paper analyzes the present situation of SAP software to solve the current logistics settlement module, Shougang Jingtang logistics transportation management information system obstacles, such as logistics transportation management information system is the source of inaccurate data, the corresponding logistics transportation management information system of settlement data, logistics transportation management information system of the corresponding settlement data can not update. . SAP software is to establish the significance of promoting the logistics settlement module, the use of SAP products to establish a complete information platform for Shougang is essential in the process of modernization of Shougang, but also reduce the production cost, an important means of development in adversity, which carries the information to lead the construction of Shougang Jingtang company hope. Finally, analysis of the overall design of SAP software in this paper, put forward measures for the settlement management company freight logistics optimization strategy.
