【摘要】：介紹了柔性生產(chǎn)線物流小車的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)與功能實(shí)現(xiàn)。FMS800柔性生產(chǎn)線物流小車承擔(dān)工件在立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)、上下料站與加工單元之間的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)功能,其運(yùn)動(dòng)由軌道上物流小車直線移動(dòng)、工作臺(tái)雙向交換以及提升運(yùn)動(dòng)組成,通過(guò)電氣系統(tǒng)控制與實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),完成工件和工作臺(tái)托盤(pán)的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、識(shí)別,保證了FMS柔性生產(chǎn)線作業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)要求物流小車快速移動(dòng)速度為:X軸40 m/min、Y軸20 m/min、Z軸20 m/min,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,確定物流小車的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)與相關(guān)傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the structure characteristics and function of logistics trolley in flexible production line. FMS800 flexible production line logistics trolley undertakes the transfer function of workpiece between three-dimensional warehouse, loading and unloading station and processing unit. Two-way exchange and lifting movement of worktable, through electrical system control and real-time monitoring, complete the transfer and identification of workpiece and worktable tray, According to the requirement of system parameters, the fast moving speed of logistics trolley is 40 m / min Y axis 20m / min Z axis 20m / min. Through design and calculation, the transmission system parameters and related transmission structure of logistics trolley are determined.
