基于改進的單元貨格式立體倉庫調(diào)度優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著物流行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,自動化立體倉庫也發(fā)展迅速,同時出現(xiàn)了很多不同類型的自動化立體倉庫。不同企業(yè)對立體倉庫的需求也不同,只有合適的立體倉庫才能發(fā)揮最大作用。因此本文研究的對象就是立體倉庫,研究中最多的就是采用智能算法優(yōu)化立體倉庫貨位分配和搬運設(shè)備調(diào)度研究。查閱文獻了解了兩種不同類型的立體倉庫,單元貨格式立體倉庫和動力貫通式立體倉庫。發(fā)現(xiàn)這兩種立體倉庫有各自的優(yōu)點和缺點,從而假設(shè)把這兩種類型的立體倉庫模型融合到一起形成一個新的立體倉庫模型。本文在提出新的立體倉庫模型后根據(jù)模型的特點研究倉庫中貨位分配問題,重點研究堆垛機和自動運行設(shè)備進行復合作業(yè)時的調(diào)度問題。利用現(xiàn)代智能算法粒子群算法進行求解,把貨位分配按照模型的設(shè)定分配好后進行研究調(diào)度最小時間優(yōu)化。同時確定了堆垛機進行復合作業(yè)是本章要研究的重點,傳統(tǒng)的立體倉庫在進行復合作業(yè)時,堆垛機在排方向和層方向運行不是同時運動,而是采取先后順序運動。改進后的立體倉庫在這兩個方向同時獨立運動,從而縮短了立體倉庫的運行時間,提高了作業(yè)效率。同時改進的立體倉庫模型還加入了另一種在貨架內(nèi)運動設(shè)備,這樣就使立體倉庫更自動化,這樣更加提高了立體倉庫的效率。然后采用了離子群算法進行實例編程,針對本文提出的改進的立體倉庫的模型,根據(jù)模型寫出具體的寫出具體的數(shù)學表達式,在對問題進行分析研究后,提出了一個要優(yōu)化的目標函數(shù),為了使堆垛機運行效率達到最高從而提出的最小作業(yè)時間作為要優(yōu)化的數(shù)學模型,最后根據(jù)實例算出優(yōu)化前后結(jié)果對比,證明了優(yōu)化后的效果明顯。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry, automated warehouse has also developed rapidly. At the same time, there are many different types of automated warehouse. Only the appropriate three-dimensional warehouse can play the most important role. Therefore, the object of this paper is the three-dimensional warehouse. In the research, intelligent algorithm is used to optimize the allocation of cargo space and the scheduling of transportation equipment. Two different types of three-dimensional warehouse are found out by consulting the literature. Unit goods format stereo warehouse and power through three-dimensional warehouse. It is found that the two types of warehouse have their own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, it is assumed that the two types of three-dimensional warehouse models are fused together to form a new three-dimensional warehouse model. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the model, the distribution of goods in the warehouse is studied according to the characteristics of the new model. This paper focuses on the scheduling problem of stacker and automatic running equipment, which is solved by using the modern intelligent particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. After the distribution of cargo space is assigned according to the model, the minimum time of scheduling is optimized. At the same time, it is determined that the stacker is the focus of this chapter. The stacker moves not simultaneously in the row direction and in the layer direction, but in sequence. The improved stereo warehouse moves independently in these two directions at the same time, thus shortening the running time of the warehouse. The improved three-dimensional warehouse model also adds another device that moves inside the shelf, which makes the warehouse more automated. In this way, the efficiency of the stereoscopic warehouse is improved, and then the ion-swarm algorithm is used for example programming. According to the improved model of the stereoscopic warehouse proposed in this paper, the concrete mathematical expression is written out according to the model. After analyzing and studying the problem, an objective function to be optimized is put forward. In order to achieve the maximum operation efficiency of the stacker, the minimum operation time is proposed as the mathematical model to be optimized. Finally, the comparison of the results before and after the optimization is given according to an example, which proves that the effect of the optimization is obvious.
