【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟正處在結構調整、動力轉換的新常態(tài),金融體系的便利清算和支付、聚集和分配資源以及分散風險的功能有助于航空港區(qū)供給側結構性改革�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略推動了我國與沿線各國的貿易暢通以及貨幣流通,為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的供給側結構性改革帶來歷史性機遇。河南作為絲綢之路的重要節(jié)點城市,是我國對外交流與貿易的主陣地之一。作為中國首個航空港經(jīng)濟發(fā)展先行區(qū),鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟綜合實驗區(qū)在帶動河南省及周邊地區(qū)的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略的實施為鄭州航空港區(qū)的建設帶來新的契機,同時也對港區(qū)商品流通、資金流通以及信息流通服務提出新的要求。商品流、資金流和信息流有效統(tǒng)一的實現(xiàn)催生了物流金融的發(fā)展。然而,目前鄭州航空港金融產(chǎn)業(yè)剛剛起步,金融形式單一,港區(qū)物流基礎設施尚未健全,這些都將成為制約港區(qū)物流金融發(fā)展的因素。依托宏觀發(fā)展背景,立足微觀經(jīng)濟建設,鄭州航空港區(qū)物流金融的發(fā)展面臨機遇同時也面臨挑戰(zhàn),如何抓機遇迎挑戰(zhàn)成為鄭州航空港區(qū)發(fā)展物流金融的重要課題。文章首先從有關物流金融的界定、物流金融的業(yè)務模式以及物流金融的風險管理三個方面對國內外已有的相關文獻進行了梳理;其次,文章論述了鄭州航空港區(qū)發(fā)展物流金融的理論基礎與現(xiàn)實意義。信息不對稱理論、交易成本理論、委托代理理論以及金融發(fā)展理論成為物流金融興起的理論基礎。而物流金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實意義依賴于企業(yè)融資需求壓力的有效緩解、金融機構借貸風險的分散以及物流企業(yè)價值增值的實現(xiàn)。然后,文章對鄭州航空港區(qū)物流金融的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并指出港區(qū)物流金融在現(xiàn)實發(fā)展中存在的問題。由于我國物流金融起步晚,發(fā)展水平不高,同時存在區(qū)域差異。文章采用因子分析法對全國11個航空港區(qū)物流金融發(fā)展水平進行測度,進而客觀排序,并提出影響物流金融發(fā)展的關鍵因素。其中,金融及信息化發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、基礎設施建設以及物流業(yè)發(fā)展水平成為影響物流金融發(fā)展的主要因素。最后,從物流金融的主要參與主體:物流企業(yè)、融資企業(yè)以及金融機構三方視角提出促進鄭州航空港區(qū)物流金融發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:China's economy is in the new normal of structural adjustment, power conversion, and the convenient settlement and payment of the financial system. The function of aggregating and distributing resources and dispersing risks is helpful to the supply-side structural reform of the airport area. "Belt and Road" strategy has promoted the smooth trade and currency circulation between our country and the countries along the route. Henan, as an important node city of the Silk Road, brings a historic opportunity for the supply-side structural reform of China's economic development. China is one of the main foreign exchanges and trade positions, as China's first airport economic development zone. The economic comprehensive experimental area of Zhengzhou Airport Port plays an important role in driving the development of Henan Province and its surrounding areas. The implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy brings a new opportunity for the construction of Zhengzhou Airport area. At the same time, it also puts forward new requirements for commodity circulation, capital circulation and information circulation service in Hong Kong. The effective unification of commodity flow, capital flow and information flow gives birth to the development of logistics finance. At present, the financial industry of Zhengzhou Airport has just started, the financial form is single, and the logistics infrastructure of the port area is not yet sound, these will become the factors that restrict the development of logistics finance in the port area, relying on the macro development background. Based on the micro-economic construction, the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou Airport area is faced with opportunities and challenges. How to seize the opportunity to meet the challenges has become an important issue in the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou Airport area. Logistics finance business model and logistics finance risk management three aspects of domestic and foreign related literature has been combed; Secondly, the paper discusses the theoretical basis and practical significance of the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou Airport area, information asymmetry theory, transaction cost theory. The principal-agent theory and financial development theory have become the theoretical basis for the rise of logistics finance, and the practical significance of the development of logistics finance depends on the effective relief of enterprise financing demand pressure. The diversification of financial institutions' lending risk and the realization of the value added of logistics enterprises. Then, the article analyzes the current situation of the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou Airport area. It also points out the problems existing in the development of logistics finance in Hong Kong. Because of the late start of logistics finance in our country, the level of development is not high. At the same time, there are regional differences. This paper uses factor analysis method to measure the development level of logistics finance in 11 airports in China, and then puts forward the key factors that affect the development of logistics finance. Financial and information development, economic development, infrastructure construction and logistics industry development level become the main factors that affect the development of logistics finance. Finally, from the main participants in logistics finance: logistics enterprises. From the perspective of financing enterprises and financial institutions, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou Airport area.
