【摘要】：對卷煙綠色物流績效進行定性與定量評價分析,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)實施卷煙綠色物流的不足,為物流中心改進和提高卷煙綠色物流水平提供參考和依據(jù),對卷煙綠色物流的科學經(jīng)營管理以及生態(tài)環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展有著重要意義。本文在軟件工程指導下,基于三角模糊數(shù)的層次分析方法AHP,采用MVC、Thinkphp技術和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術,開展了卷煙綠色物流績效評價分析系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應用,主要研究結果如下：1、依托中華人民共和國煙草行業(yè)標準的相關標準、規(guī)范與統(tǒng)計指標體系,從卷煙綠色倉儲、卷煙綠色分揀、卷煙綠色配送運輸和綜合指標4個方面構建了卷煙綠色物流績效指標體系。2、設計了本系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)功能結構和數(shù)據(jù)庫；同時,采用MVC、Thinkphp技術和MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫技術實現(xiàn)了基于AHP的卷煙綠色物流績效評價分析系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。3、應用本系統(tǒng)對2014年第1季度湘西自治州卷煙綠色物流績效進行評價分析。實證指出,卷煙綠色物流績效綜合得分為69.91,處于良好水平；卷煙綠色倉儲績效、卷煙綠色運輸績效、卷煙綠色配送運輸績效、綜合指標績效分別得分為85.09、71.07、52.77和91.42；同時還得到了煙綠色物流績效中4個一級指標下的23個二級指標的相應績效得分情況；并且表明了本系統(tǒng)的可行性、有效性與實用性,能夠輔助卷煙綠色物流的科學經(jīng)營管理。
[Abstract]:Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of cigarette green logistics performance analysis can find the implementation of green cigarette logistics deficiencies and provide a reference and basis for the logistics center to improve and improve the level of green cigarette logistics. It is of great significance to the scientific management of cigarette green logistics and the sustainable development of ecological environment. Under the guidance of software engineering, this paper adopts MVC based on the AHP method of triangular fuzzy number. Thinkphp technology and MySQL database technology, the development and application of cigarette green logistics performance evaluation system, the main results are as follows: 1. Relying on the relevant standards of the tobacco industry standards of the people's Republic of China, norms and statistical index system, from the green storage of cigarettes, cigarette green sorting. The performance index system of cigarette green logistics is constructed from four aspects of green distribution transportation and comprehensive index. The system function structure and database are designed. At the same time, the development of cigarette green logistics performance evaluation system based on AHP and MySQL database technology is developed. 3. This system is used to evaluate and analyze the performance of cigarette green logistics in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture in in the first quarter of 2014. It is pointed out that the comprehensive score of cigarette green logistics performance is 69.91, which is at a good level. The performance of green storage of cigarettes, green transportation of cigarettes and green distribution of cigarettes were 85.09 / 71.07 / 52.77 and 91.42 respectively. At the same time, we get the corresponding performance scores of 23 secondary indicators under 4 first-level indicators of tobacco green logistics performance; The feasibility, effectiveness and practicability of the system are demonstrated, and it can assist the scientific management of cigarette green logistics.
