【摘要】:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通的關(guān)鍵是其分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò),它關(guān)系著人們?nèi)粘I畹臐M足及生活質(zhì)量的改善。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在分銷配送過程中表現(xiàn)出的不足已成為阻礙農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場繁榮與發(fā)展的重要因素。要想改善農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分銷渠道現(xiàn)狀,使得農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)能迅速應(yīng)對市場的變化,就要大力發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流,優(yōu)化農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力和供應(yīng)鏈效率。因此,研究如何優(yōu)化農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文通過分析我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的難題,針對這些問題建立了多品種的分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型,并結(jié)合實際案例,解決了基于遺傳算法的多品種的兩級分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)庫存-選址-指派優(yōu)化問題。本文首先從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)理論著手,分析總結(jié)了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的功能、特點、影響因素及需要研究的對象和優(yōu)化的內(nèi)容,確定了文章的思路和內(nèi)容。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特性及其存在的問題,對分銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型中的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)及成本進行了詳細分析,考慮需求節(jié)點不同類產(chǎn)品的來源是否單一,分別建立了確定需求不考慮庫存策略的單源和多源分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。接著結(jié)合實際及市場環(huán)境對建立的模型進一步研究,考慮隨機需求情況下節(jié)點的庫存訂貨策略,建立了上述兩種方式下考慮庫存策略的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的分銷配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,確定被選分銷中心數(shù)量、位置及其分配任務(wù),制定各分銷中心和需求點的最優(yōu)訂貨策略,使得整個分銷系統(tǒng)總成本最低。模型綜合考慮了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在分銷過程中的碳排放成本、變質(zhì)損耗、庫存成本、客戶滿意度、分銷中心績效、成本折舊等因素,更具實用性。最后針對湖北省特色果蔬產(chǎn)品分銷配送實際情況建立單源配送優(yōu)化模型,基于遺傳算法思想設(shè)計算法程序并利用MATLAB編程求解,得出網(wǎng)絡(luò)各節(jié)點的訂貨量訂貨點、指派關(guān)系及備選分銷中心的數(shù)量和位置。本文的研究不僅優(yōu)化和完善農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的分銷配送體系提供一定的參考價值,而且對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)優(yōu)化其網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局時具有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The key to the circulation of agricultural products is its distribution and distribution network. It relates to the satisfaction of people's daily life and the improvement of the quality of life. The deficiency of agricultural products in the distribution and distribution process has become an important factor hindering the prosperity and development of agricultural products market. The status quo. So that the distribution and distribution network of agricultural products can quickly respond to market changes, we should vigorously develop agricultural logistics, optimize the network structure of agricultural products, improve the market competitiveness of agricultural products and supply chain efficiency. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to optimize the distribution and distribution network structure of agricultural products. To solve these problems, a multi-variety distribution network optimization model is established, and combined with practical cases. The optimization problem of inventory location assignment is solved based on genetic algorithm. Firstly this paper starts with the related theory of distribution and distribution network of agricultural products. This paper analyzes and summarizes the function, characteristics, influencing factors, research objects and optimization contents of the distribution network of agricultural products, and determines the ideas and contents of the article. Combined with the characteristics of distribution network of agricultural products and its problems, the key parameters and costs in the optimization model of distribution network are analyzed in detail, considering whether the source of different types of products in the demand node is single or not. The single-source and multi-source distribution network models are established to determine the demand without considering the inventory strategy, and then the model is further studied in combination with the actual and market environment. Considering the inventory ordering strategy of nodes under random demand, the optimal mathematical model of distribution and distribution network of agricultural products considering inventory strategy is established, and the number of selected distribution centers is determined. The location and assignment, the optimal ordering strategy for each distribution center and demand point, makes the total cost of the whole distribution system the lowest. The model considers the carbon emission cost and deterioration loss of agricultural products in the distribution process. Inventory cost, customer satisfaction, distribution center performance, cost depreciation and other factors are more practical. Finally, a single source distribution optimization model is established for Hubei province. The algorithm program is designed based on the idea of genetic algorithm and solved by MATLAB programming, and the ordering points of each node in the network are obtained. Assignment relationship and the number and location of alternative distribution centers. The research in this paper not only provides some reference value to optimize and perfect the distribution and distribution system of agricultural products. And to optimize the distribution of agricultural products logistics enterprises when the network has a certain reference.
