【摘要】：城市配送作為物流活動的最后一個環(huán)節(jié),常被人們稱為“最后一公里”。合理高效的城市物流配送體系,促進了我國現(xiàn)代化物流系的構(gòu)建,同時也有助于城市運輸資源和倉儲資源的整合。同時,城市綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念的發(fā)展、交通壓力的急劇增大也迫切需要對城市物流配送系統(tǒng)進行科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃。重慶作為我國的物流城市節(jié)點之一,城市物流配送體系的建設(shè)不僅對重慶商品的流通有著重要意義,同時也影響著我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文基于上述背景,對重慶市城市配送市場現(xiàn)狀進行研究,希望通過在清楚認識到城市配送市場現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出能夠促進城市配送發(fā)展發(fā)展的對策措施。具體而言,本文做了如下研究工作：(1)對重慶市城市配送現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細分析,指出了由于完善的交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、巨大的物流總量、物流基地的建設(shè)和政府政策的支持等,重慶市城市配送發(fā)展較快,但同樣面臨著配送時效性得不到有效保障、沒有形成良好的配送體系、物流配送管理體制不完善、物流配送效率低、專業(yè)化程度低和支撐現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的技術(shù)服務(wù)體系不夠完善等問題。(2)對重慶市主要產(chǎn)品,例如食用油、家電、酒類、牛奶、日用品和文體類等,網(wǎng)購量和快遞業(yè)務(wù)量進行了統(tǒng)計和預(yù)測分析,進而明確了重慶市城市配送的市場現(xiàn)狀。(3)針對重慶市城市配送市場現(xiàn)狀制定了重慶市城市配送發(fā)展重點(如：優(yōu)化完善物流布局規(guī)劃、規(guī)劃實施城市末端配送網(wǎng)點、提升長江航運能力、加快鐵路貨運通道建設(shè)、實施高等級公路升級改造和優(yōu)化城市干道與物流節(jié)點通道網(wǎng)絡(luò)等)、發(fā)展措施(如：加強物流通道建設(shè)、加快完善物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)、創(chuàng)新物流組織模式、改善物流薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和培育壯大物流企業(yè)等)和發(fā)展建議(如：緊緊抓住國家實施“一帶一路”和長江經(jīng)濟帶戰(zhàn)略機遇,圍繞“科學(xué)發(fā)展、富民興渝”總?cè)蝿?wù),按照五大功能區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求,堅持市場主導(dǎo),切實發(fā)揮企業(yè)主體作用；充分發(fā)揮市場在資源配置中的決定性作用,強化企業(yè)的市場主體地位,壯大物流企業(yè)規(guī)模,鼓勵生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和商貿(mào)流通企業(yè)剝離外包物流業(yè)務(wù),大力發(fā)展第三方物流。)
[Abstract]:City distribution as the last part of the logistics activities, it is often called the "last mile". The city logistics distribution system is reasonable and efficient, and promote the construction of China's modern logistics system, but also contributes to the integration of city transportation resources and storage resources. At the same time, the development of the concept of sustainable development of green city the traffic pressure increased sharply, there is an urgent need to carry out scientific and rational planning of city logistics distribution system of Chongqing city. As one of the logistics nodes in our country, the construction of city logistics distribution system not only for the Chongqing commodity circulation has important significance, but also affects the development of China's logistics industry. Based on the above background, for research on the status quo of Chongqing city distribution market, based on a clear understanding of the hope that through the present situation of city distribution market, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of city distribution development Measures. Specifically, this research work done as follows: (1) to the Chongqing city distribution situation in detail, pointed out that due to the traffic infrastructure construction, the total logistics giant, logistics base construction and government policy support, Chongqing city distribution development faster, but also facing delivery timeliness is not guaranteed, no effective distribution system, logistics management system is not perfect, the efficiency of logistics and distribution problems of low, low degree of specialization and support the development of modern logistics technology service system is not perfect. (2) the main products of Chongqing City, such as home appliances, edible oil, wine, milk daily necessities, such as online shopping and style, and the amount of the courier business volume of statistical analysis and prediction, and then clear the market status of Chongqing city distribution. (3) according to the present situation of the distribution market in Chongqing city made heavy The city focus on the development of city distribution (such as: optimizing logistics layout planning, planning and implementation of city terminal distribution network, enhance the Yangtze River shipping capacity, accelerate the construction of railway freight transportation channel, implementation of high grade highway upgrading and optimization of city roads and logistics node channel network), the development of measures (such as: strengthen the logistics channel construction, accelerate the improvement of logistics network, innovation of logistics organization mode, to improve the weak link of logistics and fostering the growth of logistics enterprises) and development proposals (such as: seize the national implementation of "The Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategic opportunities around the scientific development, prosperity Yu general task, according to the five functional areas of development strategy, adhere to market-oriented effectively, enterprises play the main role; give full play to the market decisive role in the allocation of resources, strengthen the dominant position of the enterprise market, strong logistics enterprise scale, Encourage production and manufacturing enterprises and trade and circulation enterprises to peel off the outsourcing logistics business and vigorously develop the third party logistics.)
