【摘要】：一、研究背景：隨著國家對中醫(yī)藥傳承與發(fā)展事業(yè)的重視,學(xué)術(shù)流派成為當(dāng)今中醫(yī)界研究熱點(diǎn),中醫(yī)針灸作為中醫(yī)藥國際化的排頭兵,并入選“人類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表作名錄”,其研究狀況更是如火如荼。近年來嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)研究已取得可喜成績。但縱觀這些成果,多注重于某一本著作、某一人物、某一種療法或某個歷史階段,嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)的研究仍處于較零散狀態(tài),雖也有個別學(xué)者審時(shí)度勢,對整個嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程及針灸醫(yī)家進(jìn)行了梳理,但多以期刊文獻(xiàn)的形式呈現(xiàn),論述較為簡略,并且未對一些規(guī)律性的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)總結(jié)。二、研究目的：本論文致力于對嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展源流進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整理,梳理出針灸名家學(xué)術(shù)傳承脈絡(luò),提煉出針灸醫(yī)家的創(chuàng)新之處和特色診療技術(shù),嘗試總結(jié)出嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展規(guī)律,并對如何更好的發(fā)展嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)行初步的探討。三、研究方法本文以文獻(xiàn)學(xué)方法為主,輔以專家訪談方式進(jìn)行研究。訪談對象為部分現(xiàn)當(dāng)代嶺南針灸名家或弟子,以期直接獲取最準(zhǔn)確信息。取材范圍遵循學(xué)術(shù)界約定俗成的“博古約今”原則,即古代人物流寓入嶺南,有文獻(xiàn)可徵者,皆收而錄之,明清以降,則相對約定在嶺南核心區(qū)域即廣東省范圍內(nèi)。(一)文獻(xiàn)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1.參考書籍嶺南針灸專著、嶺南中醫(yī)綜合性書籍中的針灸部分、記載有嶺南針灸醫(yī)家生平事跡的地方志等。參考書籍列舉如下：《嶺南針灸經(jīng)驗(yàn)集》、《嶺南中醫(yī)》、《嶺南醫(yī)學(xué)史》、《嶺南醫(yī)學(xué)與文化》、《中國分省醫(yī)籍考》、《嶺南醫(yī)籍考》、《嶺南醫(yī)徵略》、《嶺南中醫(yī)藥名家》、《肘后備急方》、《采艾編翼》、《幼幼集成》、《幼幼新書》、《靳瑞針灸傳真》、《靳三針臨床問答及圖解》、《靳三針臨證配穴法》、《司徒鈴針灸醫(yī)論醫(yī)案精選》、《陳全新針灸經(jīng)驗(yàn)集》、《針挑療法》、《嶺南天灸療法》等。2.期刊文獻(xiàn)以“嶺南”、“針灸”、嶺南針灸醫(yī)家姓名等做為檢索詞,通過計(jì)算機(jī)檢索《中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫》、《中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)期刊引文數(shù)據(jù)庫》、《萬方期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫》、《中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(維普)》,建立相關(guān)的資料庫。3.網(wǎng)絡(luò)檢索通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)檢索查找國家相關(guān)政策條文及名醫(yī)工作室相關(guān)信息等。(二)醫(yī)家納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)因時(shí)間精力有限,本文僅對代表性醫(yī)家的學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及傳承情況進(jìn)行了梳理。醫(yī)家的入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：1.古代針灸醫(yī)家、醫(yī)籍較少,納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)亦隨之寬泛,只要從事史料可考證的對后世產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響的針灸醫(yī)療活動、著有針灸醫(yī)學(xué)專著或大篇幅論及針灸的綜合醫(yī)籍之醫(yī)家均可納入研究范圍；2.近代選擇有著作并且在當(dāng)時(shí)學(xué)術(shù)界有較大影響力的針灸醫(yī)家；3.現(xiàn)代參考《嶺南中醫(yī)藥名家》及《嶺南針灸經(jīng)驗(yàn)集》中提到的針灸名家,工作在臨床一線的醫(yī)家學(xué)術(shù)思想仍在進(jìn)一步完善中,故暫未納入研究。依此標(biāo)準(zhǔn),篩選出的古代醫(yī)家有7位：葛洪、鮑姑、劉f 、丘溶、葉廣祚、葉茶山、陳復(fù)正；近代醫(yī)家有6位：曾天治、周仲房、梁湘巖、陳主平、蘇天佑；現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家納入12位：司徒鈴、韓紹康、靳瑞、龐中彥、陳全新、楊文輝、張家維、劉炳權(quán)、林秀芬、丘漢春、梁慶臨、袁業(yè)煊。四、研究內(nèi)容本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展簡史；針灸醫(yī)家的生平、學(xué)術(shù)思想和學(xué)術(shù)傳承情況；嶺南針灸特色診療技術(shù)。已有學(xué)者進(jìn)行過深入研究的部分,本論文僅作簡略介紹,不再贅述,重在總結(jié)規(guī)律,挖掘嶺南特色,并對嶺南針灸學(xué)術(shù)傳承問題進(jìn)行專題性探討。五、研究結(jié)果1.根據(jù)學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的繁榮程度嘗試對嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)行了階段劃分：西周至秦漢屬于嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的萌芽期,晉代至清代中期屬于平穩(wěn)發(fā)展期,清末民初屬于沒落期,民國后期至現(xiàn)當(dāng)代屬于繁榮期。2.根據(jù)嶺南針灸醫(yī)家分布規(guī)律：總結(jié)出珠三角從古至今都是嶺南針灸醫(yī)學(xué)的繁榮地帶,粵東和粵西發(fā)展情況大致相同,而粵北地區(qū)的針灸醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展較為落后。3.總結(jié)出嶺南地區(qū)的特色療法有蜂針療法、挑刺療法、嶺南天灸等。4.總結(jié)出古代嶺南針灸學(xué)術(shù)傳承主要憑借家傳和師承,從近代開始,院校教育成為一個重要的傳承方式,現(xiàn)代學(xué)術(shù)傳承方式趨向多元化,家傳形式淡化,逐漸被研究生教育、師帶徒形式、名醫(yī)工作室和學(xué)術(shù)流派傳承工作室等方式替代,國際交流作為一種全新的傳承方式逐漸為針灸學(xué)家所推崇。5.對現(xiàn)存的針灸資料進(jìn)行古今對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)嶺南針灸具有古代重灸輕針,現(xiàn)代以針為主的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)具有傳承、創(chuàng)新、開放、致用等文化特點(diǎn)。六、結(jié)論嶺南醫(yī)學(xué)之所以能成為地域色彩濃郁的中醫(yī)流派之一,離不開針灸學(xué)的貢獻(xiàn)。在一代代嶺南針灸醫(yī)家的不懈努力下,丌創(chuàng)了九針最早源于嶺南的歷史,嶺南醫(yī)家尊崇經(jīng)典的同時(shí)亦重視民間特色療法,編撰眾多針灸醫(yī)籍,豐富與發(fā)展了針灸學(xué)術(shù)體系,繼而形成了將傳承性、創(chuàng)新性、開放性與致用性融為一體的特色鮮明的針灸流派,廣東地區(qū)作為嶺南地區(qū)的核心區(qū)域,地處珠江三角洲,比鄰港澳,輻射東南亞,不但在全國逐漸起到舉足輕重的作用,而且具有得天獨(dú)厚的中醫(yī)藥國際化發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,為嶺南醫(yī)學(xué)甚至整個中醫(yī)學(xué)的推廣與傳播做出了杰出貢獻(xiàn)。

But throughout these achievements, pay more attention to a book, a character, a kind of therapy or a certain period of history, the research of acupuncture medicine south of the Five Ridges is still at a relatively fragmented state, although there are some scholars on the situation, and the development of the whole south of the Five Ridges physicians Acupuncture Acupuncture Medicine is reviewed, but in the journal literature form, this is more simple, and not on some regularity phenomenon are systematically summarized in this paper. Objective: the purpose of this paper is committed to south of the Five Ridges acupuncture medicine The origin and development of sorting system, sort out the acupuncture academic heritage context, refines the innovations and characteristics of treatment technology of acupuncture and moxibustion medicine, tries to summarize the development rule of South of the Five Ridges medical acupuncture, acupuncture and medicine development in south of the Five Ridges on how to better carry on the preliminary discussion. Three research methods, based on the literature research method, supplemented by expert interviews. The interview objects are part of the contemporary south of the Five Ridges famous acupuncturists or disciples, in order to directly obtain the most accurate information. Based on the scope of follow the common academic "Boguyue today" principle, namely ancient logistics combine into south of the Five Ridges, literature may feature, are collected and recorded in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, is relatively agreed in the core area of South of the Five Ridges Guangdong province range.
