【摘要】:伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入和電子商務(wù)的日益繁榮,物流在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要支撐作用不斷地被突顯,助推著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展。為滿足物流業(yè)自身的多國化、全球化的需求發(fā)展,以信息技術(shù)為主導(dǎo)一場物流革命悄然興起,第四方物流(Fourth Party Logistics,4PL)概念迅速崛起,在國內(nèi),阿里巴巴、銀泰等集團(tuán)紛紛投入巨資建立中國智能物流骨干網(wǎng)項目(China smart Logistic Network,CSN)打造第四方物流平臺。通過研究4PL信息平臺,不僅可以整合現(xiàn)有的第三方物流(Third Party Logistics,3PL)資源,還通過大大地降低物流準(zhǔn)入門檻,引入巨大的社會潛在資源,節(jié)省物流成本,充分提高國家乃至全社會的運(yùn)行效率。4PL平臺是運(yùn)行在開放的復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)之中,眾多參與者具有多元和顯著的社會化特征。參與者所持目的未知性,使得參與平臺中的個體可能因互相無法信任而不能在平臺中進(jìn)行正常的經(jīng)營、金融等活動,干擾了4PL平臺的正常運(yùn)作。因此進(jìn)行4PL平臺的信任模型研究具有重要意義,也是目前復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。本文提出一種4PL環(huán)境下基于多代理信任評價模型與信任評估算法。在信任評價模型建立方面,針對4PL應(yīng)用場景復(fù)雜的個體特性,提出采用多代理(Multi-Agent)的方法,利用代理的自治特性降低環(huán)境中信任計算的復(fù)雜性;在信任評估算法方面,著重考慮環(huán)境中個體對信任的認(rèn)知差異所帶來的評價差異對反饋可信度的影響,提出一種基于個體差異的信任評價算法(Trust Evaluation base on the Individual Difference),動態(tài)修正反饋信任,提高信任評估的準(zhǔn)確率;基于前面提出的信任評估模型與信任評估算法,本文設(shè)計了一個基于多代理的4PL信任評價系統(tǒng)并對其進(jìn)行仿真實驗,仿真實驗結(jié)果表明,對比現(xiàn)有的信任模型,本文所提出的信任評價模型具有較好的表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and the increasing prosperity of e-commerce, the important supporting role of logistics in the social economy is constantly highlighted. The rapid development of global economy and technology. In order to meet the needs of the logistics industry itself and the development of globalization, the information technology is leading a logistics revolution rising quietly. Fourth party logistics fourth Party logistic 4PL concept rose rapidly, in the domestic, Alibaba. Yintai and other groups have invested heavily in the establishment of China smart Logistic Network. By studying 4PL information platform, we can not only integrate the existing third Party logistics 3PL resources. By greatly lowering the threshold of logistics entry and introducing huge social potential resources, the cost of logistics can be saved. To fully improve the efficiency of the country and even the whole society. 4PL platform is run in the open complex social network, many participants have multiple and significant social characteristics. The purpose of the participants is unknown. The participants in the platform may be unable to trust each other and can not carry out normal operations, finance and other activities in the platform. It interferes with the normal operation of 4PL platform, so it is of great significance to study the trust model of 4PL platform. This paper presents a multi-agent trust evaluation model and a trust evaluation algorithm based on 4PL. In view of the complex individual characteristics of 4PL application scenario, a multi-agent multi-agent method is proposed to reduce the complexity of trust computing in the environment by using the autonomy of agent. In the aspect of trust assessment algorithm, we focus on the impact of the evaluation difference on the feedback credibility caused by the cognitive difference of individual trust in the environment. A trust Evaluation base on the Individual difference algorithm based on individual difference is proposed. Dynamic correction of feedback trust to improve the accuracy of trust assessment; Based on the trust assessment model and the trust assessment algorithm, a multi-agent based 4PL trust evaluation system is designed and simulated. The simulation results show that 4PL trust evaluation system is based on multi-agent. Compared with the existing trust models, the trust evaluation model proposed in this paper has a better performance.
