【摘要】：制造業(yè)企業(yè)競爭日趨激烈，追求更高的利潤是企業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)，在降低人工成本、原料成本等增加利潤的方式已無法滿足企業(yè)需求的今天，物流作為企業(yè)的第三利潤源泉，越來越多的受到重視，但是制造業(yè)的物流成本一直處于較高的狀態(tài)，因此降低制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流成本，特別是生產(chǎn)物流的重要組成部分物料搬運(yùn)的成本，，是其獲取更高利潤的有效途徑。本文結(jié)合某制造企業(yè)物料搬運(yùn)的實(shí)際情況，圍繞ERP環(huán)境下制造業(yè)物料搬運(yùn)信息的傳遞促進(jìn)搬運(yùn)流程的改善展開了詳細(xì)研究，希望通過物料搬運(yùn)信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到優(yōu)化企業(yè)搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的目的。主要研究內(nèi)容如下： （1）對制造業(yè)企業(yè)物料搬運(yùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，為設(shè)計(jì)物料搬運(yùn)信息系統(tǒng)提供基礎(chǔ)； （2）分析物料搬運(yùn)過程，并用Flexsim軟件進(jìn)行仿真，優(yōu)化物料搬運(yùn)流程，為信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠的需求分析； （3）物料搬運(yùn)信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，軟件開發(fā)及相關(guān)技術(shù)、流程、相關(guān)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)及硬件方面的配套改善等； （4）信息系統(tǒng)與搬運(yùn)設(shè)備的結(jié)合應(yīng)用，以及對于ERP系統(tǒng)中的信息產(chǎn)生的影響。 本課題著重完成物料搬運(yùn)信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，通過仿真對現(xiàn)有物料搬運(yùn)流程提出可行的優(yōu)化措施，針對搬運(yùn)流程和搬運(yùn)設(shè)備效率提高等方面進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)研究，設(shè)計(jì)出符合企業(yè)物料搬運(yùn)現(xiàn)狀的信息系統(tǒng)，在現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用中具有很高的價值，也可為物料搬運(yùn)信息的傳遞提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing enterprises increasingly fierce competition, the pursuit of higher profits is the goal of enterprise development, in the reduction of labor costs, raw material costs and other ways to increase profits has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises today. Logistics as the third profit source of enterprises, more and more attention, but manufacturing logistics costs have been in a higher state, so reduce manufacturing production logistics costs. In particular, the cost of material handling, an important part of production logistics, is an effective way to obtain higher profits. This paper combines the actual situation of material handling in a manufacturing enterprise. A detailed study was carried out on the transmission of material handling information and the improvement of the handling process in the ERP environment. It is hoped that through the design of the material handling information system, the purpose of optimizing the enterprise handling system can be achieved. The main research contents are as follows: 1) analyze the current situation of material handling in manufacturing enterprises, and provide the basis for designing material handling information system; (2) analyze the material handling process, use Flexsim software to simulate, optimize the material handling process, and provide reliable demand analysis for the design of the information system; Material handling information system design, software development and related technologies, processes, related modules design and hardware improvement; 4) the application of information system and handling equipment, and the influence on the information in ERP system. This topic focuses on the completion of the material handling information system design, through the simulation of the existing material handling process to put forward feasible optimization measures, aiming at the handling process and handling equipment efficiency improvement and other aspects of the focus of research. The design of information system which accords with the current situation of material handling in enterprises has high value in practical application, and can also provide theoretical guidance for the transfer of material handling information.
