【摘要】：商務(wù)運(yùn)輸合同在物流業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的寧波市極為常見(jiàn)。故本研究將從寧波當(dāng)?shù)厥星槌霭l(fā),選取筆者在實(shí)習(xí)工作期間所遇到過(guò)的四類(lèi)不同的商務(wù)運(yùn)輸合同作為研究文本,以此撰寫(xiě)翻譯報(bào)告。翻譯此類(lèi)文本,必須要保證目標(biāo)語(yǔ)讀者不會(huì)因?yàn)檎Z(yǔ)言、背景的差異而有所閱讀障礙,這樣才能更好地促進(jìn)中外之間的貿(mào)易往來(lái)。本報(bào)告旨在關(guān)聯(lián)理論的指導(dǎo)下分析商務(wù)運(yùn)輸合同的英譯,通過(guò)分析四類(lèi)具體案例發(fā)現(xiàn)翻譯中遇到的難點(diǎn),提出具體的翻譯策略,以暨能夠適當(dāng)規(guī)范寧波市場(chǎng)所流通的英譯版商務(wù)運(yùn)輸合同。作者翻譯超過(guò)10,000字此類(lèi)文本,從中選取了這樣較為典型的的四類(lèi),即國(guó)際貨物運(yùn)輸委托代理協(xié)議、運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)協(xié)議、貨物配送合同和海運(yùn)出口運(yùn)輸合作協(xié)議。并從關(guān)聯(lián)理論視角下對(duì)其文本特征、翻譯背景、翻譯過(guò)程以及翻譯策略進(jìn)行研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于商務(wù)運(yùn)輸合同本身具有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性和規(guī)范性,對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的翻譯、對(duì)文化背景的判斷以及對(duì)語(yǔ)境的選擇是翻譯過(guò)程中所遇到的難點(diǎn)。針對(duì)這些翻譯難點(diǎn),筆者認(rèn)為可以采取直譯、逆譯和重組的翻譯策略,使之符合商務(wù)運(yùn)輸合同的文本特性。本研究的成果對(duì)此類(lèi)文本其他的翻譯實(shí)踐者、研究者有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Business contract of transport in the logistics industry developed in Ningbo city is very common. So this study will be from the local Ningbo city view, select four different types of business contract of carriage I encountered during the internship as the research text, this writing translation report. The translation of such texts, must ensure that the target readers not because of language differences in background and reading disabilities, so as to better promote foreign trade between the English translation. This report aims to analyze business contract of carriage under the guidance of relevance theory, by analyzing the difficulties of four specific cases are encountered in the translation, puts forward specific translation strategies, and to properly regulate the circulation market of Ningbo the English version of the contract of carriage business. The author translated more than 10000 words selected from these texts, this is typical of the four kind, namely the international cargo transport agency co Yee, transport business cooperation agreement protocol, transport goods distribution contract and export. And from the perspective of relevance theory to the translation of text features, background, research on translation process and translation strategies. The study found that due to commercial shipping contract itself has rigorous and normative of the terminology translation, cultural background of the judgment and the choice of context is the difficulties encountered in the translation process. Aiming at these difficulties, I think we can adopt literal translation, reverse translation and recombinant translation strategies, which accord with the characteristics of business text of the contract of transport. The results of the study in this translation of other practitioners, has certain guiding significance in the study.
