【摘要】：企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流,特別是制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流,是伴隨著產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)制造過程發(fā)送的。產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造過程實(shí)質(zhì)上是一個(gè)物料流通的過程。企業(yè)根據(jù)市場需求預(yù)測或已接到的客戶訂單所做出的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作計(jì)劃實(shí)際上就是物料流動(dòng)的計(jì)劃。制造資源計(jì)劃和準(zhǔn)時(shí)生產(chǎn)是當(dāng)前制造型企業(yè)使用較頻繁的生產(chǎn)管理模式。如何將兩者的優(yōu)勢結(jié)合起來,用來改善企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流,有著十分重要的意義。本文以s公司為例,根據(jù)該公司的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀來分析,從生產(chǎn)物流計(jì)劃與控制兩方面來開展生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的研究,提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流效率,改善企業(yè)各方面的成本進(jìn)而提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)客戶滿意度,最終增加企業(yè)效益。開篇介紹了選題的背景、現(xiàn)狀等內(nèi)容,接著介紹了MRP Ⅱ和JIT的起源,還有MRP Ⅱ和JIT理論的概述、結(jié)構(gòu)功能及其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)而闡述了該理論對企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并對MRP Ⅱ和JIT理論相結(jié)合的原因及方法做了論述。其次,從生產(chǎn)物流計(jì)劃與控制兩大方面分析了S公司當(dāng)前存在的問題,同時(shí)提出了以MRP Ⅱ和JIT混合系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)管理模式在S公司的應(yīng)用方案和改進(jìn)方案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性研究,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案。通過本文研究表明：MRP Ⅱ和JIT集成的管理模式是非常適合于S公司生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況的先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)管理方法。它有利于降低S公司的生產(chǎn)庫存,保證各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本、準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨、提高企業(yè)利潤的目標(biāo)。本研究對其他同行業(yè)的制造業(yè)在生產(chǎn)管理上也有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Enterprise production logistics, especially manufacturing enterprises production logistics. The manufacturing process of the product is essentially a process of material flow. The production operation plan made by the enterprise according to the forecast of market demand or the customer order that has been received is actual. Manufacturing resource planning and just-in-time production are the most frequently used production management models in manufacturing enterprises. How to combine the advantages of the two. It is of great significance to improve the production logistics of enterprises. This paper takes S Company as an example, according to the production status of the company to analyze, from the production logistics planning and control to carry out the production system research.
