【摘要】：中國—東盟跨境電商的發(fā)展具有區(qū)位、貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ)等優(yōu)勢,但同時也面臨跨境電商平臺下消費者購物體驗差、跨境物流體系滯后、信用保障機制不完善等問題。構(gòu)建跨境電商線上線下運作機制是提升跨境電商的重要舉措,可在中國—東盟跨境電商蓬勃發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建中國—東盟跨境電商平臺與供應(yīng)商協(xié)同機制、線上線下協(xié)同機制、跨境平臺與物流協(xié)同機制,并從規(guī)范跨境電商市場秩序、創(chuàng)新物流模式、完善跨境電商支付和信用體系、加強跨境電商人才培養(yǎng)等方面入手,促進中國—東盟跨境電商線上線下模式的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China ASEAN cross-border electricity trade development with location, infrastructure and other advantages, but also face the consumer shopping platform for cross-border electricity supplier experience, the lag of cross-border logistics system, credit guarantee mechanism is not perfect. The construction of cross-border electricity supplier online operation mechanism is an important measure liters of cross-border electricity supplier, based on China ASEAN the rapid development of cross-border electricity, construction of China ASEAN cross-border electronic business platform and supplier coordination mechanism, coordination mechanism of online and offline, cross platform and logistics coordination mechanism, and from the norms of cross-border electricity market order, logistics mode innovation, improve cross-border payment and credit system, strengthen cross-border electricity supplier personnel training and other aspects, to promote Chinese ASEAN cross-border online development mode.
