【摘要】：本文分析了云南省的交通網(wǎng)絡特征,嘗試了用ARGIS對云南省七條經(jīng)濟走廊的覆蓋范圍進行確定。通過對云南省七條經(jīng)濟走廊現(xiàn)狀進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)云南省中心地帶經(jīng)濟發(fā)展以昆明市和安寧市為主,云南省其他地區(qū)沒有出現(xiàn)能明顯帶動周邊經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的縣市。云南省七條經(jīng)濟走廊所經(jīng)過的縣市,是云南省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要地區(qū),GDP、人均GDP、GDP增長率都高于云南省平均水平,但與其他縣市相比,其發(fā)展差距維持在相對穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)下。產(chǎn)業(yè)方面,七條經(jīng)濟走廊在完善了產(chǎn)品對物流方面的要求。第一產(chǎn)業(yè)分布廣,且地區(qū)間的產(chǎn)量差距較大,利用七條經(jīng)濟走廊可以調節(jié)供需矛盾。第二產(chǎn)業(yè)散、小,規(guī)模以上的產(chǎn)業(yè)缺乏資金密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè),應該突破地域限制進行行業(yè)內(nèi)的整合,并積極引進資金密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。對于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)來說,由于主要是集中在昆明市,在加強自身建設的同時,昆明市可以利用七條經(jīng)濟走廊將產(chǎn)業(yè)擴散出去。僅昆明市的地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值,就超過了云南省地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的五分之一。將昆明市單獨拿出來,余下七條經(jīng)濟走廊的地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值,所占云南省余下城市地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的比例下降幅度大,由30%左右下降到10%左右,在余下城市中的重要性難以體現(xiàn)。而曲靖市經(jīng)濟僅次于昆明市,卻沒有包括在云南省七條經(jīng)濟走廊帶動云南省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的規(guī)劃中。云南省現(xiàn)有狀況,決定了七條經(jīng)濟走廊的建設不可能一蹴而就,分步有重點的梯度性發(fā)展,將更有利于云南省整體經(jīng)濟的提高。其中,以東起曲靖麒麟?yún)^(qū),西至大理市,以北起昆明市,南至玉溪紅塔區(qū)和開遠市,這樣的一個π形狀應該成為七條經(jīng)濟走廊優(yōu)先發(fā)展的重點。在此戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的基礎上,應培育昆明、玉溪紅塔區(qū)、曲靖麒麟?yún)^(qū)、大理四個增長點。云南省要形成七條經(jīng)濟走廊帶動云南省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的局面,凸顯七條經(jīng)濟走廊的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,還需要政策的大力扶持,以及對沿線產(chǎn)業(yè)的布局進行進一步研究規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the traffic network characteristics of Yunnan Province, tries to use ARGIS to determine the coverage of seven economic corridors in Yunnan Province, and studies the current situation of seven economic corridors in Yunnan Province. It is found that Kunming and Anning are the main areas of economic development in the heart of Yunnan Province, and there are no counties and cities in other areas of Yunnan Province that can significantly promote the development of the surrounding economy. The seven economic corridors of Yunnan Province pass through the counties and cities. GDP per capita is higher than the average level of Yunnan Province, but compared with other counties and cities. The development gap is maintained in a relatively stable state. In terms of industry, seven economic corridors have improved the requirements of products for logistics. The primary industry is widely distributed, and there is a large gap in output between regions. The use of the seven economic corridors can adjust the contradiction between supply and demand. The secondary industries are scattered, small, large-scale industries lack of capital-intensive industries, emerging industries, should break through the regional restrictions to integrate within the industry. And actively introduce capital-intensive industries, emerging industries. For the tertiary industry, mainly concentrated in Kunming, while strengthening their own construction. Kunming can use seven economic corridors to spread out the industry. Kunming alone has more than 1/5 of Yunnan's regional gross domestic product. The GDP of the remaining seven economic corridors in the remaining urban areas of Yunnan Province has declined by a large margin, from about 30% to about 10%. The importance of the remaining cities is difficult to materialize. Qujing's economy is second only to Kunming City, but not included in the planning of seven economic corridors in Yunnan Province to drive the economic development of Yunnan Province. Determined that the construction of seven economic corridors can not be accomplished overnight, step by step, the gradient development will be more conducive to the overall economic improvement of Yunnan Province. Among them, the east of Qujing Kirin District, west to Dali City. From the north of Kunming to the south of Yuxi Hongta District and Kaiyuan City, such a 蟺 shape should be the priority of the development of seven economic corridors. On the basis of this strategic plan, Kunming, Yuxi Hongta District should be cultivated. Qujing Kirin District, Dali four growth points. Yunnan Province in order to form seven economic corridors to promote the economic development of Yunnan Province, highlight the development advantages of the seven economic corridors, there is still need for strong policy support. And the layout of industries along the route for further study and planning.
