【摘要】：隨著成品油市場的開放,國際石油企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)紛紛加入競爭,企業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)日益激烈,為了增加利潤和提升核心競爭力,企業(yè)將目光投向“第三利潤源泉”——物流。因此,研究并解決企業(yè)物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化中面臨的問題,并為企業(yè)決策提供充分的數(shù)據(jù)支持尤為必要。本文分析了我國成品油市場發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確了企業(yè)成品油物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化原則和關(guān)鍵資源因素,結(jié)合實際企業(yè)已有物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀,分析了成品油物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建過程中存在的問題,并與企業(yè)未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃結(jié)合建立了多情景下的物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型。通過將企業(yè)實際數(shù)據(jù)代入模型進行算例分析,對比不同模型優(yōu)化后物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)總成本,表明了聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型的有效性和實用性,模型均給出了物流供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化時關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的決策情況。在驗證聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型有效性的基礎(chǔ)上,分別對模型中的可變因素進行了靈敏度分析,包括新建工廠產(chǎn)能、產(chǎn)品需求量和配送中心服務(wù)距離變化時總成本變化情況和模型優(yōu)化決策的變化情況,并給出了相應(yīng)的分析和決策建議,為企業(yè)實際決策提供了詳盡的數(shù)據(jù)支持,也為學(xué)術(shù)研究提供了一定的參考,具有較大的實用性。
[Abstract]:With the refined oil market opening, international oil companies and private enterprises have joined the competition, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce challenges, in order to increase profits and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, will pay attention to "the third source of profit" - logistics. Therefore, enterprises face optimization study and solve the problems in the logistics supply network, and provide sufficient the necessary data support for the decision-making of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the oil market in our country, the enterprises of refined oil logistics supply network optimization principle and key resource factors, combined with the actual enterprises have logistics supply network status, analyzes the problems existing in the process of construction of refined oil logistics supply network, combined with the established optimization the model of logistics supply network scenario and the future development planning of the enterprise. The enterprise actual data into the model of case analysis, comparison With the optimized model of logistics supply network total cost, show the practicality and efficiency of the optimization model, model were given a decision key node of logistics supply network optimization. The effectiveness of the joint optimization model based on the verification, respectively for variables in the model sensitivity analysis, including the new factory capacity the change of service distance, the demand of the products and the distribution center changes when the total cost changes and model optimization, and gives analysis and decision suggestions, provides detailed data support for enterprise decision-making, and also provide a certain reference for academic research, is of great practicability.
