農(nóng)超對接模式下農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題研究

【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及人民消費(fèi)水平的提高,人們對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的要求發(fā)生了從量到質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變。為推進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品更加便捷地流通,農(nóng)業(yè)部與商務(wù)部積極開展農(nóng)超對接的推廣工作。雖然農(nóng)超對接模式的實施有助于減少農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通的中間環(huán)節(jié),但目前我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流公共設(shè)施不完善,物流配送信息化程度低,以粗放型為主,網(wǎng)點的布局往往缺乏科學(xué)的規(guī)劃,配送路線全憑主觀意愿隨意設(shè)定,缺乏合理的統(tǒng)籌安排,造成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送效率十分低下。因此,如何制定合理的配送路線,實現(xiàn)對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品更有效率地配送,是農(nóng)超對接工作開展過程中必須要解決的重要課題。本文通過與國外現(xiàn)有農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送模式進(jìn)行對比研究,在充分借鑒國外發(fā)達(dá)國家物流配送模式先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗的同時,分析了我國現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流配送模式中暴露出來的一些問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)及方向,引入了傳統(tǒng)的需求時變函數(shù)和反映農(nóng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)量變化的損耗比例函數(shù),避免了大部分研究只考慮車輛里程成本的情況,建立起了基于遺傳算法的帶有時間窗要求的配送路徑優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃模型,最后通過實例論證了該模型的可行性,并對模型的最終求解結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。通過以上研究,得出結(jié)論:在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品配送過程中,通過合理的路線規(guī)劃,能夠在提高物流運(yùn)作效率的同時,降低物流配送的綜合成本,同時滿足人們對高品質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the improvement of people's consumption level, people's demand for agricultural products has changed from quantity to quality, in order to promote the circulation of high-quality agricultural products more conveniently. The Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Commerce actively carry out the extension work of agricultural super docking. Although the implementation of agricultural super docking mode is helpful to reduce the intermediate link of agricultural products circulation, the public facilities of agricultural products logistics in China are not perfect at present. Logistics distribution information level is low, the main type is extensive, the layout of the network is often lack of scientific planning, distribution routes are all set by subjective will, lack of reasonable overall arrangement. Therefore, how to formulate a reasonable distribution route to achieve more efficient distribution of agricultural products. It is an important subject that must be solved in the process of agricultural super docking work. This paper makes a comparative study with the existing agricultural products logistics distribution mode abroad. At the same time, we can learn from the advanced experience of logistics distribution model in developed countries. This paper analyzes some problems exposed in the distribution mode of agricultural products logistics in our country at present, and then analyzes the goal and direction of optimizing the logistics network of agricultural products in our country. The traditional time-varying demand function and the loss ratio function which reflect the quantity change of agricultural products are introduced to avoid the fact that most of the researches only consider the cost of vehicle mileage. The mathematical programming model of distribution path optimization with time window is established based on genetic algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the model is demonstrated by an example. Through the above research, the conclusion is drawn: in the process of distribution of agricultural products, reasonable route planning can improve the efficiency of logistics operation at the same time. Reduce the comprehensive cost of logistics distribution and meet the demand for high-quality agricultural products.
