【摘要】:SMT是目前電子組裝行業(yè)最流行的一種技術(shù)工藝,由于電子產(chǎn)品本身結(jié)構(gòu)所具有的復(fù)雜性與高質(zhì)量性要求,SMT生產(chǎn)線的制造執(zhí)行也成為信息化制造管理的研究對象。以信息化技術(shù)為手段,通過實(shí)現(xiàn)SMT生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)任務(wù)全過程管理,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)制造執(zhí)行過程的精益控制,從而達(dá)到提高產(chǎn)品線成品率,提高生產(chǎn)線效率的目的。針對SMT生產(chǎn)線制造執(zhí)行過程控制、質(zhì)量控制等管理需求,要求基于數(shù)字化手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)對SMT生產(chǎn)線業(yè)務(wù)的全面協(xié)調(diào)管理。通過對SMT生產(chǎn)線制造執(zhí)行技術(shù)與特點(diǎn)的研究,本文為解決生產(chǎn)線執(zhí)行情況監(jiān)控能力不足、物料周轉(zhuǎn)管理落后、質(zhì)量控制手段匱乏等問題提供了一條切實(shí)可行的解決思路,并通過自主設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的軟件與開展實(shí)際應(yīng)用對研究成果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。論文的主要研究工作概括如下:1.從SMT生產(chǎn)線精益制造執(zhí)行需求出發(fā),研究了SMT生產(chǎn)線執(zhí)行過程監(jiān)控技術(shù),通過對SMT生產(chǎn)線執(zhí)行過程及狀態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)分析,提出了面向過程的動(dòng)態(tài)對象精細(xì)化監(jiān)控模式;針對生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備的執(zhí)行監(jiān)控,提出了基于實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的SMT生產(chǎn)線即時(shí)監(jiān)控看板技術(shù);利用漸進(jìn)式經(jīng)驗(yàn)庫生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備物料篩選技術(shù)解決了生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備過程中物料準(zhǔn)備繁瑣問題。2.研究了基于數(shù)字標(biāo)識(shí)的SMT生產(chǎn)線物流周轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù),基于對條碼技術(shù)與RFID射頻技術(shù)應(yīng)用的分析研究,提出了基于條碼的復(fù)雜物料關(guān)系柔性協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)和基于射頻的周轉(zhuǎn)感知與信息推送技術(shù),分別解決了生產(chǎn)線物料周轉(zhuǎn)關(guān)聯(lián)問題和產(chǎn)品在線高效流轉(zhuǎn)問題。3.針對SMT生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量控制問題進(jìn)行了研究,分析總結(jié)了SMT生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量檢測特點(diǎn)與問題,提出了多平臺(tái)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的復(fù)雜關(guān)聯(lián)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了多環(huán)節(jié)、多形式執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)、質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的復(fù)雜關(guān)聯(lián),在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了SMT生產(chǎn)線統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制技術(shù)與SMT缺陷質(zhì)量圖形化標(biāo)識(shí)技術(shù),為SMT生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量過程控制與質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的形象直觀展示提供了有效解決方案。4.以企業(yè)SMT生產(chǎn)線的具體需求為背景,利用ASP.NET、WinForm、NHibernate等技術(shù),自主設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了SMT生產(chǎn)線制造執(zhí)行管理系統(tǒng),并通過實(shí)際的工程實(shí)例運(yùn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了技術(shù)的合理性與有效性。
[Abstract]:SMT is the most popular technology in electronic assembly industry, because of the complexity and high quality of electronic products. Manufacturing execution of SMT production line has also become the research object of information manufacturing management. By means of information technology, the whole process management of production task of SMT production line is realized. It can realize the lean control of the whole manufacturing execution process, so as to improve the finished product rate of product line and the efficiency of the production line, aiming at the management requirements of SMT production line manufacturing execution process control, quality control and so on. It is required to realize the overall coordinated management of SMT production line business based on digital means. Through the study of manufacturing execution technology and characteristics of SMT production line, this paper aims to solve the problem of production line implementation monitoring ability. The backwardness of material turnover management and the lack of quality control methods provide a practical solution. The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows: 1. Starting from the requirement of lean manufacturing execution of SMT production line. The implementation process monitoring technology of SMT production line is studied. By analyzing the process and state of SMT production line, a process oriented dynamic object fine monitoring mode is proposed. Aiming at the execution monitoring of production line equipment, the real-time monitoring Kanban technology of SMT production line based on real-time data is proposed. This paper solves the tedious problem of material preparation in production preparation process by means of progressive experience library production preparation material screening technology. 2. The logistics turnover coordination technology of SMT production line based on digital identification is studied. Based on the analysis and research on the application of bar code technology and RFID radio frequency technology, the flexible coordination technology of complex material relationship based on bar code and the technology of turnover perception and information push based on radio frequency are proposed. The related problem of material turnover in production line and the problem of efficient flow of products on line are solved respectively. The quality control problem of SMT production line is studied. The characteristics and problems of SMT production line quality testing are analyzed and summarized. The complex correlation technology of multi-platform quality data is put forward, and the complex correlation of multi-link, multi-form execution data and quality data is realized. On this basis, the SMT production line statistical process control technology and SMT defect quality graphical marking technology are studied. For SMT production line quality process control and visual display of quality data provides an effective solution. 4. Based on the specific requirements of the enterprise SMT production line, using ASP.NET. The SMT production line manufacturing execution management system is designed and developed by WinForm NHibernate and other technologies, and it is analyzed by practical engineering examples. The rationality and validity of the technology are verified.
