【摘要】：中國作為制造業(yè)大國,素有世界工廠的美譽(yù),但隨著國內(nèi)勞動(dòng)力成本的上升及世界范圍內(nèi)原材料價(jià)格上漲,越來越多的制造業(yè)企業(yè)倒閉破產(chǎn)。落后的生產(chǎn)方式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)今環(huán)境,中國急需一種先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)方式來拯救日漸式微的制造業(yè)。論文分析了精益生產(chǎn)理論產(chǎn)生的背景及國內(nèi)外應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合我國精益生產(chǎn)理論的實(shí)踐情況,以S閥門廠精益生產(chǎn)變革為例,講述了精益生產(chǎn)理論在我國制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用。通過價(jià)值流分析發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)中的問題,使用6S工具改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場,引入拉動(dòng)看板工具改善生產(chǎn)物流管理。精益生產(chǎn)系列工具的使用革除了制造業(yè)弊病。研究表明,通過引入精益生產(chǎn)方式,制造業(yè)企業(yè)可以大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率,減少在制品數(shù)量,降低庫存,消除浪費(fèi),提高企業(yè)競爭力。論文研究成果對于我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)采用精益生產(chǎn)理論提供了借鑒,為今后更多的企業(yè)應(yīng)用該理論打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a large manufacturing country, China has a reputation as a world factory, but with the rise of domestic labor costs and the rise of raw material prices around the world. More and more manufacturing enterprises go bankrupt. The backward mode of production can no longer adapt to the current environment. China is in urgent need of an advanced mode of production to save the declining manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes the background of lean production theory and its application at home and abroad, combined with the practice of lean production theory in China. Taking the lean production reform of S valve factory as an example, the application of lean production theory in Chinese manufacturing industry is described. The problems in production are found through value flow analysis, and the production site is improved by using 6S tool. The introduction of Kanban tools to improve production logistics management. The use of lean production tools to eliminate the shortcomings of the manufacturing industry. Research shows that through the introduction of lean production mode, manufacturing enterprises can significantly improve production efficiency. Reduce the number of in-process products, reduce inventory, eliminate waste, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The research results of this paper provide a reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to adopt lean production theory. It has laid a solid foundation for more enterprises to apply this theory in the future.
