【摘要】:近年來(lái),社會(huì)消費(fèi)觀念和思想正在發(fā)生深刻變化,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,人們收入水平不斷提高,非剛性需求占比不斷提高,花卉產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展就是一個(gè)很好的例子。目前,我國(guó)人均花卉消費(fèi)比重正在不斷提高,花卉市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)值保持高速增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭。在這種市場(chǎng)發(fā)展形勢(shì)下,鮮花速遞行業(yè)正在快速發(fā)展,同時(shí)行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也在不斷加劇。從當(dāng)前鮮花速遞企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,其中存在一些比較突出的問(wèn)題,例如行業(yè)管理成本偏高、物流損耗過(guò)大、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格虛高等。因此,研究鮮花速遞行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理問(wèn)題,提出有益于優(yōu)化調(diào)整供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)策,促進(jìn)行業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)和理論意義。本文采用案例分析方法,選取XX鮮花公司作為研究對(duì)象,以對(duì)鮮花速遞行業(yè)進(jìn)行深入的研究。本文首先對(duì)XX鮮花公司行業(yè)環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行綜合分析,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,對(duì)企業(yè)面臨的外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和威脅,以及內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行全方位了解,通過(guò)分析企業(yè)采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)管理存在的問(wèn)題,為企業(yè)制定合理的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。最后,本文對(duì)公司采取的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略及采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)管理進(jìn)行深入分析,結(jié)合筆者在實(shí)際工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了改進(jìn)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)策和建議。在對(duì)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研分析基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)XX鮮花公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手、供應(yīng)商、合作者、客戶以及市場(chǎng)地位進(jìn)行分析和預(yù)測(cè),制定了公司采購(gòu)與供應(yīng)管理的目標(biāo),同時(shí)就戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提出了具體對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, social consumption concepts and ideas are undergoing profound changes, with the continuous development of the economy, people's income level continues to improve, the proportion of non-rigid demand continues to increase. The rapid development of flower products market is a good example. At present, the proportion of flower consumption per capita in China is constantly increasing, and the output value of flower market keeps a high growth momentum. Flower express delivery industry is developing rapidly, and the market competition in the industry is also increasing. From the current situation of supply chain management of flower express delivery enterprises, there are some outstanding problems. For example, the industry management cost is too high, the logistics loss is too large, the product price is high. Therefore, the paper studies the supply chain management of flower express delivery industry, and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize and adjust the supply chain structure. To promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, has a very important practical and theoretical significance. This paper uses the method of case analysis, select XX flower company as the research object. In order to carry on the thorough research to the flower express industry. Firstly, this article carries on the comprehensive analysis to the XX flower company industry environment, the market competition as well as the internal management superiority and the inferiority, uses the SWOT analysis method. The external competition and threat faced by enterprises, as well as the advantages of internal management, through the analysis of the enterprise procurement and supply management problems, to formulate a reasonable strategy for the enterprise. Finally. This paper deeply analyzes the competitive strategy and purchasing and supply management adopted by the company, and combines the author's experience in practical work. On the basis of market research and analysis, XX flower company competitors, suppliers, partners, customers and market position are analyzed and forecasted. The goal of purchasing and supply management is established, and the countermeasures and suggestions on the realization of strategic goal are put forward.
