【摘要】：經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,我國物流業(yè)已經(jīng)取得飛速的發(fā)展,目前已經(jīng)成為支撐國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。但是從總體上看,特別是第三方物流還存在著不少問題:企業(yè)規(guī)模小、數(shù)量多、成本高、同質(zhì)化競爭嚴(yán)重、普遍效益低下。隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入“新常態(tài)”階段,在很長一段時間內(nèi)將會保持一種溫和增長的方式,物流行業(yè)內(nèi)的競爭將會變得越來越激烈。為了能使企業(yè)得到客戶的認(rèn)可,獲得更多業(yè)務(wù),提高經(jīng)濟效益在競爭中立于不敗之地,物流企業(yè)特別是小微型物流企業(yè)必須要從企業(yè)自身內(nèi)部出發(fā)找出存在的問題與不足進而不斷優(yōu)化和改進以提高自身市場競爭力。HY物流公司作為一家小微型物流公司,在復(fù)雜多變的市場環(huán)境下的運營管理也面臨很大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料基礎(chǔ)上,運用理論加實際的方法對HY物流公司零擔(dān)專線運輸?shù)倪\營管理現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在著組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計不合理、貨物包裝變形和破損率高、末端配送車輛路徑和車輛積載安排不科學(xué)、現(xiàn)代物流信息技術(shù)運用缺乏等諸多問題。通過對這些問題進行詳細(xì)的分析和總結(jié),并結(jié)合外部競爭環(huán)境的發(fā)展趨勢,制定了相應(yīng)的持續(xù)改進措施和方案,力爭能夠逐漸解決這些問題從而不斷提高公司市場競爭力,為今后的生存和發(fā)展提供一個根本保障,同時對其他同類型企業(yè)也有一定參考和借鑒的意義。
[Abstract]:After years of development, China's logistics industry has achieved rapid development, has become a strategic industry to support national economic development. But on the whole, especially third party logistics, there are still many problems: small scale, quantity, high cost, serious homogenization of competition, generally with the economic benefit is low. Development has entered a new normal stage, in a very long period of time will maintain a moderate growth, the logistics industry, competition will become increasingly fierce. In order to enable enterprises to be recognized by customers, get more business, improve the economic benefit in an invincible position in the competition of logistics enterprises, especially small and micro logistics enterprises must find out the problems and shortcomings and continuous optimization and improvement to improve their market competitiveness of.HY logistics company as a small micro enterprises starting from Flow, operation and management in the complex and changeable market environment is also facing great challenges. Based on the review of relevant literature on the basis of the management status quo of theory and practical methods of LTL line HY logistics company were analyzed and found that there exist unreasonable organizational structure, the packaging of goods deformation and the breakage rate is high, the end of the distribution vehicle routing and vehicle stowage arrangements are not scientific, many problems of modern logistics information technology. Through the use of the lack of these problems are analyzed and summarized in detail, combined with the development trend of the external competitive environment, making continuous improvement measures and programs, and strive to be able to gradually solve these problems so as to continuously to improve the market competitiveness of the company, to provide a fundamental guarantee for the survival and development in the future, but also has a certain reference and reference for other enterprises of the same type Meaning.
