【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)的物流業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,而托盤(pán)作為物流產(chǎn)業(yè)中的基本單元,其管理和使用方式依舊比較落后,尤其受到了托盤(pán)周轉(zhuǎn)方式的制約,大大增加了物流成本,降低了物流效率。而在物流信息化的今天,托盤(pán)共用系統(tǒng)各個(gè)成員和環(huán)節(jié)間的信息交換依舊不太暢通,實(shí)時(shí)信息的傳遞還未實(shí)現(xiàn)高效。只有實(shí)現(xiàn)了托盤(pán)信息化,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)托盤(pán)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控與調(diào)度。因此,建立相應(yīng)的信息平臺(tái)來(lái)支撐是十分有必要的�；诖�,本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)托盤(pán)租換服務(wù)企業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的托盤(pán)租換調(diào)度和信息平臺(tái)做了研究。本文研究了托盤(pán)共用的現(xiàn)狀,提出了建立托盤(pán)租換信息平臺(tái)的重要性。構(gòu)建了以托盤(pán)租換服務(wù)提供方為主導(dǎo)托盤(pán)調(diào)度模型,之后通過(guò)lingo軟件,以一個(gè)算例驗(yàn)證模型的有效性。在了解現(xiàn)有托盤(pán)租換服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了托盤(pán)租換信息平臺(tái)的需求分析。得出該平臺(tái)的功能需求主要包括信息發(fā)布／查詢(xún)功能、會(huì)員管理功能、在線交易功能、訂單管理功能、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理功能、運(yùn)輸調(diào)度功能、托盤(pán)回收功能、資金結(jié)算功能和其他增值服務(wù)功能。然后在了解現(xiàn)實(shí)的托盤(pán)租換服務(wù)流程和借鑒外國(guó)的托盤(pán)共用流程的基礎(chǔ)上梳理了托盤(pán)租換服務(wù)流程并對(duì)整個(gè)信息平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了總體的定位。最后在進(jìn)行了平臺(tái)的總體架構(gòu),功能的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用ASP.NET MVC 4.0技術(shù)框架,以Visual Studio2013為開(kāi)發(fā)工具,SQL Server2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的主要功能。通過(guò)軟件系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,該系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)可實(shí)現(xiàn)從用戶(hù)注冊(cè)、托盤(pán)選擇到托盤(pán)租換的過(guò)程,達(dá)到了托盤(pán)租換信息平臺(tái)的基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics industry in China has developed rapidly. As the basic unit of the logistics industry, pallet is still relatively backward in its management and use mode, especially restricted by the pallet turnover mode. Greatly increases the logistics cost, reduces the logistics efficiency. But in the logistics informationization today, the pallet common system each member and the link information exchange is still not very smooth. The transmission of real-time information has not been efficient. Only by realizing tray information, can we realize the real-time monitoring and scheduling of pallet. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish the corresponding information platform to support it. This paper focuses on the pallet rent-for-service enterprise-led pallet rent-exchange scheduling and information platform. This paper studies the status of pallet sharing. The importance of establishing pallet rent-for-exchange information platform is put forward. The pallet rental service provider is used as the dominant pallet scheduling model, and then lingo software is used. An example is given to verify the validity of the model. Based on the understanding of the existing pallet rent-for-exchange service, the requirements of the pallet rent-exchange information platform are analyzed. It is concluded that the functional requirements of the platform mainly include the function of information release / query. Member management function, online trading function, order management function, warehousing management function, transportation scheduling function, pallet recovery function. Fund settlement function and other value-added service functions. Then on the basis of understanding the actual pallet rent-for-service flow and drawing lessons from the foreign pallet sharing process, the paper combs the pallet rent exchange service flow and carries on the whole information platform. Finally, the overall architecture of the platform is carried out. On the basis of function design and database design, ASP.NET MVC 4.0 technology framework is applied, and Visual Studio2013 is used as the development tool. SQL Server2008 is the database system, which realizes the main function of the system. Through the software system test, the system platform can realize the process from user registration, pallet selection to pallet rent-exchange. Meet the basic standards of pallet rental exchange information platform.
