【摘要】：從各國、各地區(qū)糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的過程來看,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中一個共同點(diǎn)即都逐步建立起了現(xiàn)代的糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,黑龍江作為一個糧食大省,有著先天自然環(huán)境和氣候,有被稱為“天然肥料”的黑土地,無論在糧食品質(zhì)和種類上都在全國享有名譽(yù),因此在對黑龍江的糧食需求上有著很大的廣闊市場,可是由于黑龍江省的糧食物流的運(yùn)輸方式還比較傳統(tǒng),配套的糧食物流運(yùn)輸設(shè)施還不太健全,擁有實(shí)力的糧食物流企業(yè)不多,糧食儲備的庫存能力還有待提高,這些直接導(dǎo)致了黑龍江省的糧食運(yùn)不出去的困境,限制了黑龍江省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民增收,因此走出一條符合黑龍江省糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)的道路更顯得尤為重要。牡丹江市作為黑龍江省的一個地級市,連接著全省的糧食產(chǎn)區(qū)和銷區(qū)的一個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),其物流特點(diǎn)在黑龍江整體糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)中具有一定的代表性,因此對牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的研究,對于加快黑龍江省糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展具有著十分重要的科學(xué)參考依據(jù)和寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文通過對牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展科學(xué)合理的分析,找出制約牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的不足,發(fā)現(xiàn)牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度相對緩慢、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱、物流能力不足、輻射帶動作用不大,這也制約著黑龍江省東南區(qū)域的糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈跨越式進(jìn)程。對如何能夠更好的解決牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展中的難點(diǎn)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過實(shí)地調(diào)研、實(shí)證分析法對牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的糧食生產(chǎn)、加工、儲備等情況進(jìn)行研究,并通過閱讀文獻(xiàn)資料,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對如何提升牡丹江市糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展提出有效對策和建議,即:一方面要加速發(fā)展糧食物流產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈體系;另一方面還要發(fā)展壯大糧食加工企業(yè),同時還要增強(qiáng)牡丹江市糧食安全保障和調(diào)控力度。
[Abstract]:From the process of grain logistics industry, the development of the region, found a common point that has gradually established a system of modern grain logistics industry, Heilongjiang is a big province of grain, with the natural environment and climate, has been called the "natural fertilizer" black land, both in quality and all kinds of food enjoys a reputation in the country, so it has a broad market in great demand for food in Heilongjiang, but due to the grain logistics in Heilongjiang province is still relatively traditional way of transportation, food logistics and transport facilities are not perfect, grain logistics enterprises have the strength of not much, grain reserves, inventory and ability to improve, these led directly to the Heilongjiang province grain transported out of the dilemma, limiting the economic development of Heilongjiang province and the increase of farmers' income, so out of line with the grain logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province The characteristics of the road is more important. A prefecture level city in Mudanjiang city in Heilongjiang Province, a key node is connected with the province's grain producing and marketing areas, the characteristics of logistics is a representative in the Heilongjiang whole grain logistics industry, so the grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang city research, scientific reference and the valuable experience is very important for speeding up the development of grain logistics industry chain in Heilongjiang province has. Based on the Mudanjiang city food logistics industry chain of scientific and reasonable analysis, find out the problems restricting the development of grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang City, found that the speed of development of grain logistics industry in Mudanjiang city is relatively slow, weak infrastructure, lack of logistics capability this is not, leading role, but also restricts the grain logistics industry chain in southeast area of Heilongjiang Province on how to leapfrog process. Better enough to solve the difficult development of grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang city has very important practical significance. Based on field research, empirical analysis and processing of grain logistics industry chain in Mudanjiang city food production method of reserves, and through reading the literature, combined with the grain logistics industry chain at home and abroad experience, put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the grain logistics industry chain development in Mudanjiang city is: on the one hand, to accelerate the development of the system of grain logistics industry chain; on the other hand, but also the development of food processing enterprises, but also to enhance food security and control efforts in Mudanjiang City.
