【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化進程的日益加快,世界經(jīng)濟一體化的趨勢也日趨明顯,現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)在快速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟趨勢中競爭愈演愈烈,這使尚處于發(fā)展初期的第三方物流企業(yè)面臨嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在激烈的市場競爭中,物流企業(yè)必須系統(tǒng)的分析客戶需求,科學的策劃項目管理運營和模式,才會使企業(yè)從容面對競爭進而進入良性的快速發(fā)展。吉化集團吉化物流公司前身為吉化公路運輸公司,是一家主要從事各類液體化工品公鐵�；の锪鞯木C合性化工物流企業(yè),自身快速發(fā)展的同時非常注重企業(yè)的項目管理發(fā)展。隨著項目管理領(lǐng)域在企業(yè)管理中的廣泛應用,以客戶需求為關(guān)注焦點的項目管理是融合項目管理、客戶滿意和全面質(zhì)量管理的一種新型項目管理模式,吉化物流公司迫切需要采用這一模式來提升企業(yè)競爭力。 本文結(jié)合吉化物流企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,從公司所面臨問題入手進行分析,再從PMFC項目管理模式應用的角度出發(fā),介紹了PMFC項目管理理論相關(guān)內(nèi)容后,根據(jù)吉化物流公司的具體情況分析了在以客戶需求為關(guān)注焦點的項目管理模式下,吉化物流公司項目管理模式流程及內(nèi)容,對物流項目管理進行了進一步的研究。本文從項目管理理論及吉化物流具體情況分析入手,分析了PMFC項目管理模式在吉化物流企業(yè)中的具體應用,對提升公司競爭力及其他問題方面進行了研究,并對此模式的發(fā)展進行了進一步的研究和探討。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the trend of world economic integration is becoming more and more obvious, and the competition of modern logistics industry is becoming more and more intense in the rapid development of economic trend. In the fierce market competition, logistics enterprises must systematically analyze customer needs and plan the project management operation and mode scientifically. Only then can the enterprise face the competition calmly and then enter the benign rapid development. The predecessor of the Jihua logistics company is the Jihua highway transportation company. Is a major engaged in all kinds of liquid chemical products, iron sea chemical logistics comprehensive chemical logistics enterprises. With the wide application of project management in enterprise management, the project management focused on customer needs is integrated project management. A new project management model of customer satisfaction and total quality management is urgently needed to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Combined with the current situation of logistics enterprises in Jihua, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the company, and then introduces the related contents of PMFC project management theory from the perspective of the application of PMFC project management mode. According to the specific situation of Jihua logistics company, this paper analyzes the process and content of the project management model of JH logistics company under the project management mode which focuses on the customer needs. This paper starts with the theory of project management and the analysis of logistics specific situation of Jihua, and analyzes the application of PMFC project management mode in logistics enterprises of Jihua. The development of this model is further studied and discussed in terms of enhancing the competitiveness of the company and other issues.
