【摘要】:倉儲布局優(yōu)化主要包括倉庫功能區(qū)布局優(yōu)化和貨位優(yōu)化兩方面,它可以解決傳統(tǒng)倉儲布局所帶來的存儲空間浪費和倉庫工作效率較低等問題。功能區(qū)布局優(yōu)化即將各個功能區(qū)最合理的配置,實現(xiàn)利益最大化;貨位優(yōu)化是根據(jù)每一類物品的特性,選擇一種恰當(dāng)?shù)拇鎯Ψ绞,為物品分配相?yīng)的存儲空間。 論文的主要工作就是通過分析與對比倉儲布局優(yōu)化的各種方法,引入微遺傳算法,并且以JH公司綜合性倉庫的功能區(qū)布局和貨位分配為案例,將微遺傳算法應(yīng)用其中,以解決功能區(qū)布局不合理、貨位分配不科學(xué)的問題,從而驗證該算法的可行性與實用性。 首先,介紹倉儲布局的相關(guān)基本理論。重點介紹倉儲布局優(yōu)化的常用方法,通過比較來確定微遺傳算法作為本文的主要方法。主要包含功能區(qū)布局和貨位優(yōu)化兩方面內(nèi)容,介紹系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計SLP法、貨位優(yōu)化原則、模型及思路等相關(guān)理論。 其次,對JH公司倉儲布局優(yōu)化進行分析。分析JH公司倉儲布局的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的問題,提出本文要研究的功能區(qū)布局和貨位優(yōu)化問題。通過對比不同的貨位優(yōu)化模型,選擇出合適的貨位優(yōu)化模型。 在功能區(qū)布局方面,先對倉庫現(xiàn)有功能區(qū)分布情況進行物流關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,運用SLP法對其倉庫的現(xiàn)有功能區(qū)進行規(guī)劃,然后利用微遺傳算法對其進行規(guī)劃,對兩種方法的布局方案進行對比,選出最佳的方案,微遺傳算法較好的解決了功能區(qū)布局問題;在貨位優(yōu)化方面,先選取JH公司綜合性倉庫的某一貨物區(qū)域作為貨位優(yōu)化的對象,并且選擇貨位優(yōu)化模型進行詳細(xì)分析,然后應(yīng)用MGA-BLX和遺傳算法,對比所得方案,較好方案所對應(yīng)的方法為較好方法。 最后,,利用MATLAB軟件實現(xiàn)微遺傳算法對功能區(qū)布局優(yōu)化模型和貨位優(yōu)化模型的求解。論文利用MATLAB語言編程,并進行模擬仿真實驗。通過分析布局前后的數(shù)據(jù),驗證微遺傳算法的實用性和可行性。本論文為該公司倉儲中心的倉儲布局優(yōu)化方法問題提供一種新的思路,并總結(jié)出一種運算簡便、速度快、實際可操作性強的貨位優(yōu)化求解方法。
[Abstract]:The optimization of warehouse layout mainly includes two aspects: the layout optimization of warehouse function area and the optimization of cargo location. It can solve the problems of storage space waste and low working efficiency caused by the traditional storage layout. Cargo location optimization is to select a proper storage method according to the characteristics of each kind of goods, and allocate the corresponding storage space for the goods. The main work of this paper is to introduce micro-genetic algorithm through analyzing and comparing various methods of warehouse layout optimization, and taking the functional area layout and location allocation of JH company's comprehensive warehouse as an example. The microgenetic algorithm is applied to solve the problems of unreasonable layout of function area and unscientific distribution of cargo location, so as to verify the feasibility and practicability of the algorithm. First of all, introduce the basic theory of storage layout. Focus on the common methods of warehouse layout optimization. Through comparison to determine the micro-genetic algorithm as the main method of this paper, mainly including the functional area layout and cargo location optimization two aspects, introduces the system layout design SLP method, cargo location optimization principles. Related theories such as model and train of thought. Secondly, the optimization of storage layout of JH company is analyzed, and the present situation and problems of storage layout of JH company are analyzed. This paper puts forward the function area layout and cargo location optimization problem to be studied in this paper. By comparing different cargo location optimization models, the appropriate cargo location optimization model is selected. In the layout of functional areas, first of all, the distribution of existing functional areas of warehouse logistics correlation analysis, the use of SLP method to the existing functional areas of the warehouse planning, and then the use of micro-genetic algorithm to plan for it. Comparing the layout schemes of the two methods, selecting the best scheme, the micro-genetic algorithm can solve the problem of functional area layout. In the aspect of cargo location optimization, a cargo area of JH company comprehensive warehouse is selected as the object of cargo location optimization, and the optimization model of cargo location is selected for detailed analysis. Then, by using MGA-BLX and genetic algorithm, the better scheme is compared. Finally, the microgenetic algorithm is used to solve the function area layout optimization model and the cargo location optimization model by using MATLAB software. This paper uses MATLAB language to program. Through the analysis of the data before and after the layout to verify the practicability and feasibility of the micro-genetic algorithm. This paper provides a new idea for the optimization of storage layout of the warehouse center of the company. A simple, fast and practical optimization method of cargo location is summarized.
