【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高和營(yíng)養(yǎng)膳食健康觀念的增強(qiáng),食用菌產(chǎn)品越來(lái)越受到消費(fèi)者的關(guān)注和喜愛,食用菌產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)需求也越來(lái)越大。食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)作為吉林省園藝特產(chǎn)業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì)突出、栽培周期短、成本低、經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高等特點(diǎn)。吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,不僅對(duì)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、農(nóng)民收入的增加以及解決農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移具有重要意義,還能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)效益的統(tǒng)一。本文在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)客觀分析吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,找出吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有的優(yōu)勢(shì),存在的劣勢(shì),面臨的機(jī)遇和潛在的威脅,得出結(jié)論并提出促進(jìn)吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,以進(jìn)一步提升吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為政府和相關(guān)部門決策提供參考性依據(jù)。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:第一章導(dǎo)論。主要是對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究目的與意義、研究方法、數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的成果做出綜述,為本文研究的展開做好鋪墊工作。第二章吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析。通過(guò)闡述吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)歷年來(lái)的生產(chǎn)情況,對(duì)比吉林省食用菌生產(chǎn)在全國(guó)及東北三省的地位狀況,全面客觀地評(píng)價(jià)吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及水平。第三章吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的SWOT分析。運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,針對(duì)吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)掘食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的資源環(huán)境、原料儲(chǔ)備、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、人才科技、低勞動(dòng)力成本及政策環(huán)境等優(yōu)勢(shì);找出存在的食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條短,產(chǎn)品附加值低;科技研發(fā)水平低,種植及管理人才缺乏;銷售渠道過(guò)于狹窄,面臨市場(chǎng)價(jià)格波動(dòng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大;市場(chǎng)管理體制不健全,物流服務(wù)水平粗放;資源再利用率低,生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)不夠等問(wèn)題;剖析面臨的產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)濟(jì)和生態(tài)價(jià)值日益顯現(xiàn)、政府越來(lái)越重視、科研院所的智力支持、市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)需求巨大的機(jī)遇,以及要迎接勞動(dòng)力低成本優(yōu)勢(shì)漸趨弱化、資源循環(huán)利用效果差、食品安全問(wèn)題及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的挑戰(zhàn)。第四章吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展決策建議的提出。當(dāng)前吉林省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)該進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展集約化,促進(jìn)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)提質(zhì)增效;管理服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)化,搞好產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展軟環(huán)境建設(shè);科技投入擴(kuò)大化,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù)含量;重視原生態(tài)食用菌生產(chǎn),加大野生菌資源保護(hù);提高立法及檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)水平,完善食用菌產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the enhancement of the concept of nutritional diet health, edible fungus products have been more and more concerned and loved by consumers. As one of the pillar industries of special horticultural industry in Jilin Province, the edible fungus industry has outstanding comparative advantages, short cultivation period and low cost. The development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province is not only of great significance to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the increase of farmers' income and the solution to the transfer of rural surplus labor force. Also can realize the unity of social, economic and ecological benefits. On the basis of field investigation, this paper finds out the advantages of the development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province through the objective analysis of the current situation of edible fungus industry development in Jilin Province. In order to further enhance the market competitiveness of the edible fungus industry in Jilin Province, the disadvantages, opportunities and potential threats are reached and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province are put forward in order to further enhance the market competitiveness of the edible fungus industry in Jilin Province. For the government and relevant departments to provide a reference basis for decision-making. The specific content of the study is as follows: chapter 1 introduction. The main research background, research purpose and significance, research methods, data sources. At the same time, the domestic and foreign related research results are summarized. The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province. Through elaborating the production situation of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province over the years. To compare the status of edible fungus production in Jilin Province in the three provinces of China and Northeast China. Comprehensive and objective evaluation of the status quo and level of edible fungus industry development in Jilin Province. Chapter 3: SWOT analysis of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province. SWOT analysis method. Based on the analysis of the present situation of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province, the advantages of resource environment, raw material reserve, industrial foundation, talent technology, low labor cost and policy environment in the development process of edible fungus industry are explored. The effect of resource recycling is poor. Food safety issues and increasingly fierce market competition challenges. 4th chapter of the development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province put forward the proposal. The current development of edible fungus industry in Jilin Province should be intensive industrial development. To promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of edible fungus industry; Improve the quality of management services and do a good job in the construction of soft environment for industrial development; Expand the input of science and technology to improve the technological content of industrial development; Attach importance to the production of protoecological edible fungi and increase the protection of wild fungi resources; Improve legislation and inspection level, improve the quality standard system of edible fungus products.
