【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,物流園區(qū)應(yīng)運而生,對物流園區(qū)的需求也日益顯著。當下,我國物流行業(yè)的水平不夠高,盡管大部分地區(qū)已經(jīng)著手發(fā)展構(gòu)建物流園區(qū),但是在園區(qū)的建設(shè)方面、運營方面和發(fā)展方面還需要摸索著進行。物流園區(qū)為什么建、如何建、如何運營和如何發(fā)展等一系列的問題都需要理論層次和實踐方面的長期研究。洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)主要依托洛陽北站,建成具有集裝箱運輸、國際物流、生產(chǎn)資料物流、兩業(yè)聯(lián)動、分撥與配送、快遞物流、冷鏈物流、物流信息、電子商務(wù)、物流金融等十大特色功能的公鐵聯(lián)運型物流園區(qū),目前正在建設(shè)、發(fā)展的初期。盡管物流園區(qū)的優(yōu)勢有很多,但是如何利用也是一個問題,首先需要明確物流園區(qū)的自身情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上可以吸取國外和國內(nèi)其他物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)管理經(jīng)驗,避免國外和國內(nèi)其他物流園區(qū)的弊端,從而使得洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)能夠在行業(yè)中有自己特色且成為行業(yè)中的典范,從而走上可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,當然,這需要深入的研究和長期的實踐,同時也是本論文研究的意義所在。本文作者利用在洛陽中儲企業(yè)工作的便利條件,對洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)項目進行了長期的近距離實地調(diào)研,對洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)的各個方面進行了深入地研究,包括它的規(guī)劃問題和運營問題,以及當下的進度和困境。結(jié)合相關(guān)學術(shù)論著的理論觀點,對洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)方面、運營方面與發(fā)展方面提出了建議。本論文分五個部分:第一部分是緒論,對物流園區(qū)研究的背景目的和意義進行了描述,并對國內(nèi)外研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了歸納,并對本論文所采取的研究方法進行了說明;第二部分是理論綜述,主要包括對物流園區(qū)的概念與產(chǎn)生的介紹,以及物流園區(qū)的特點、作用和分類,還有就是物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)原則、運營原則與發(fā)展原則等;第三部分主要介紹了洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)、運營與現(xiàn)狀,并分析了其面臨的主要問題;第四部分是洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)運營與發(fā)展的對策與建議,對園區(qū)的定位進行了重申,并提出建立園區(qū)效果評價標準,以及園區(qū)的運作機制和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第五部分是結(jié)論部分,希望通過對中儲物流園區(qū)系統(tǒng)的研究,提出切實可行的戰(zhàn)略和對策來促進洛陽中儲物流園區(qū)的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern logistics industry, the logistics park came into being, the logistics park demand is increasingly significant. At present, China's logistics industry level is not high enough, although most of the region has started the development of the construction of logistics park, but the park construction, operation and development, but also groping. Why the logistics park. How to build, how to operate and how to develop a series of problems need long-term theoretical research and practice. Luoyang logistics park is mainly relying on the Luoyang North Railway Station, built with container transport, international logistics, production logistics, the two industry linkage, distribution and delivery, express logistics, cold chain logistics, logistics information. Electronic commerce, logistics, financial and other ten features of the rail transport logistics park, is currently under construction, the early stage of development. Although the logistics park has many advantages, but How to use is also a problem, we need to clear the logistics park on the basis of their own, can learn from the foreign and domestic logistics park construction management experience, to avoid the disadvantages of other foreign and domestic logistics park, which makes Luoyang logistics park can in the industry have their own characteristics and become a model in the industry, and on the road of sustainable development, of course, this requires in-depth study and Practice for a long time, it is also the significance of this paper. A convenient working in Luoyang in the enterprise by the author of Luoyang logistics park project for a long period of near field research, in-depth study on all aspects of Luoyang logistics park, including its planning and operational issues, as well as the current progress and difficulties. Combined with the related theory of academic works of science, The construction of Luoyang logistics park, and puts forward some suggestions on operation and development. This thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction of background, purpose and significance of research on Logistics Park were described, and the present situation of research and development at home and abroad were summarized, and the methods adopted in the article the paper; the second part is the overview of the theory, including the concept of the logistics park and the introduction, and the characteristics of logistics park, function and classification, there is the logistics park construction principle, operation principle and development principle; the third part mainly introduces the construction of Luoyang logistics park, the operation and the status quo, and analyzes the main problems; fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of Luoyang logistics park operation and development of the park, the position of repeat, and proposed to build the park effect The evaluation criteria, and the park's operation mechanism and development strategy. The fifth part is the conclusion, through the study of the logistics park system, put forward the strategy and feasible measures to promote the rapid development of Luoyang logistics park.
