【摘要】：[目的 /意義]旨在探究問診類醫(yī)療APP用戶信任的影響因素,提煉出對(duì)運(yùn)營和管理具有積極意義的意見和建議。[方法 /過程]在整合信任建立模型和聲譽(yù)二維評(píng)估模型的基礎(chǔ)上,從過程、制度和特征的多維視角出發(fā),分析影響問診類移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP用戶信任的因素,提出研究假設(shè)并構(gòu)建研究模型。實(shí)證研究部分,采用"日志追蹤+調(diào)查問卷"的規(guī)范性實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,選取"春雨醫(yī)生"移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP的用戶為實(shí)驗(yàn)者,收集了280份有效數(shù)據(jù)并利用SmartPLS2.0對(duì)模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]醫(yī)生認(rèn)知聲譽(yù)和醫(yī)院認(rèn)知聲譽(yù)正向影響患者對(duì)醫(yī)生的信任;APP認(rèn)知聲譽(yù)顯著促進(jìn)患者對(duì)醫(yī)療APP的信任。感知醫(yī)生認(rèn)證正向影響醫(yī)生信任;感知APP監(jiān)管正向影響患者對(duì)醫(yī)生和APP的信任;患者對(duì)醫(yī)生的信任促進(jìn)對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療APP的信任。信息質(zhì)量顯著促進(jìn)患者對(duì)APP的信任。
[Abstract]:[Objective / to explore the factors influencing the trust of medical APP users, and to extract positive opinions and suggestions for operation and management. [Methods on the basis of integrating trust establishment model and reputation two-dimensional evaluation model, the factors influencing the trust of APP users were analyzed from the perspective of process, institution and characteristics. Put forward the research hypothesis and build the research model. The empirical research part, using the "log tracking questionnaire" normative experimental method, selected "Chunyu doctor" mobile medical APP users as the experimenter. 280 valid data were collected and SmartPLS2.0 was used to test the model. [Results / conclusion] Cognitive reputation of doctors and hospitals positively affected patients' trust in doctors. The cognitive reputation of APP significantly promoted patients' trust in medical APP. Perceived doctor certification positively affected doctors' trust. Perceived APP regulation positively affects patients' trust in doctors and APP; Patient trust in doctors promotes trust in mobile medical APP. The quality of information significantly promotes patient trust in APP.
