綏中電廠1000MW機(jī)組大修安全質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:機(jī)組大修是電力企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)重要時(shí)期,有大量的施工人員進(jìn)入作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參加緊張有序的檢修和試驗(yàn)作業(yè),由于機(jī)組檢修工作作業(yè)多、區(qū)域分散,安全質(zhì)量管理所面臨的問題也就多且散,隨著檢修的進(jìn)展,工作人員的精神狀態(tài)變化也是一個(gè)不確定因素,這些都給機(jī)組大修的安全質(zhì)量管理帶來很大的困難,因此做好機(jī)組大修安全質(zhì)量管控工作對(duì)發(fā)電廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益都具有重要意義。 本論文從綏中電廠1000MW超超臨界機(jī)組大修的基本項(xiàng)目出發(fā),根據(jù)電廠實(shí)際情況制定了詳細(xì)的檢修方案和安全、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量管控措施,以能夠準(zhǔn)確衡量機(jī)組大修安全質(zhì)量為目標(biāo),建立了一套簡(jiǎn)單、實(shí)用的安全質(zhì)量評(píng)估體系。機(jī)組大修后熱態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)表明機(jī)組大修后質(zhì)量方面達(dá)到了優(yōu)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),鍋爐效率和汽輪機(jī)效率都有提高;廠用電率、空預(yù)器漏風(fēng)率都有所降低,供電煤耗大約降低3g/kwh。大修過程中安全管理、物資、費(fèi)用等方面也都達(dá)到優(yōu)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Unit overhaul is an important period in the production of electric power enterprises. A large number of construction personnel have entered the work site to participate in the intensive and orderly maintenance and test work. Due to the large number of unit maintenance work, the area is scattered. The problems faced by safety quality management are also numerous and scattered. With the progress of maintenance, the change of staff mental state is also an uncertain factor, which brings great difficulties to the safety and quality management of unit overhaul. Therefore, it is of great significance for the economic and social benefits of the power plant to control the safety and quality of unit overhaul. Starting from the basic project of overhauling of 1000MW ultra supercritical unit in Suizhong Power Plant, according to the actual situation of the power plant, the detailed overhaul scheme, safety, schedule and quality control measures are worked out in this paper, with the aim of accurately measuring the safety quality of unit overhaul. A set of simple and practical safety quality assessment system is established. The hot state evaluation of the unit after overhaul shows that the quality of the unit after overhaul has reached the excellent standard, the efficiency of boiler and steam turbine has been improved, the power consumption rate and air leakage rate of air preheater have been reduced, and the coal consumption of power supply has been reduced by about 3 g / kwh. Safety management, materials, cost and other aspects of the overhaul process are also up to the best standards.
