【摘要】:中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司原屬中央企業(yè),現(xiàn)系陜西有色金屬控股集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司成員單位。主要經(jīng)營(yíng)有色金屬、黑色金屬及行業(yè)相關(guān)物資。隨著中國(guó)有色金屬行業(yè)體制改革的不斷深化以及有色金屬的市場(chǎng)化改造,如何應(yīng)對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),在失去主業(yè)扶持的新形勢(shì)下取得收入和利潤(rùn)是中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司需要解決的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。為了在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境下生存,中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司必須鞏固現(xiàn)有的利潤(rùn)來(lái)源,尋求新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),整合自身資源和能力充分挖掘利潤(rùn)來(lái)源的盈利潛力,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步鎖定利潤(rùn)。因此中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司必須對(duì)目前的商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)。 本文通過(guò)為中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司設(shè)計(jì)全新的商業(yè)模式,指出了其盈利的來(lái)源和邏輯以及保護(hù)其利潤(rùn)可持續(xù)性的方法。本文以商業(yè)模式理論為理論基礎(chǔ),全面分析了中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司商業(yè)模式的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司內(nèi)外部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境和SWOT矩陣工具分析,提出了中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司的戰(zhàn)略定位,為中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司的商業(yè)模式變革指出了方向。分別從價(jià)值創(chuàng)新、成本結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新和利潤(rùn)保護(hù)手段創(chuàng)新三個(gè)維度,詳細(xì)闡述了中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式變革的途徑。最后,針對(duì)中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),提出了中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司商業(yè)模式的保障措施。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的具體分析,將商業(yè)模式理論應(yīng)用于具體企業(yè)案例,從顧客價(jià)值創(chuàng)新、成本結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新、利潤(rùn)保護(hù)方式創(chuàng)新的角度,為中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司設(shè)計(jì)具體可行的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型方案,并為與中國(guó)有色西北供銷(xiāo)公司類(lèi)似的金屬貿(mào)易企業(yè)在設(shè)計(jì)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新模型上提供了思路和范例。
[Abstract]:China Nonferrous Metal Northwest supply and Marketing Company is a member of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals holding Group Co., Ltd., formerly a central enterprise. It mainly deals in nonferrous metals. Ferrous metals and related materials in the industry. With the deepening of the reform of China's nonferrous metals industry system and the market-oriented transformation of non-ferrous metals, how to cope with the fierce market competition, Under the new situation of losing support from the main industry, obtaining income and profits is an urgent task for China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company. In order to survive under the fierce competition, China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company must consolidate its existing profit sources. In order to seek new profit growth point, integrate their own resources and ability to fully tap the profit potential of profit sources, and further lock in profit on this basis, China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company must innovate and design the current business model. By designing a new business model for China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company, this paper points out the source and logic of its profit and the method to protect its profit sustainability. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the business model of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company, and puts forward the strategic orientation of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company through the analysis of the internal and external business environment and SWOT matrix tool of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company. It points out the direction for the change of business model of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company. It includes three dimensions: value innovation, cost structure innovation and profit protection method innovation. This paper expounds in detail the ways to reform the business model of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company. Finally, aiming at the innovative design of the business model of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of the business model of China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company. Through the concrete analysis of the internal and external environment of the Northwest China Nonferrous supply and Marketing Company, this paper applies the business model theory to the specific enterprise case, from the perspective of customer value innovation, cost structure innovation and profit protection mode innovation. It also provides ideas and examples for the metal trading enterprises similar to the Northwest China Nonferrous supply and Marketing Company to design the innovative model of the business model for the design of specific and feasible business model transformation scheme for China Nonferrous Northwest supply and Marketing Company.
