工程項目人員人力資源績效管理體系的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟有了飛速發(fā)展,小、中、大型企業(yè)如雨后春筍般崛起。各型企業(yè)的發(fā)展,帶動了人力資源的績效管理體系的成熟。人力資源績效管理體系是對工作人員或即將工作的人員的工作能力的評估,可以制定其將來工作方向和目標。所以工程項目人力資源管理體系以及人力資源管理績效體系,當然還有條件保障項目的績效管理體系,在企業(yè)或公司的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了不可磨滅的作用,對個人就業(yè)也有深遠影響。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly, small, medium and large enterprises have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The development of various types of enterprises has led to the maturity of the performance management system of human resources. Human resource performance management system is an evaluation of the working ability of staff or those who are about to work, and can set their future work direction and objectives. Therefore, the human resource management system of engineering project and the performance system of human resource management, as well as the performance management system of conditional guarantee project, have played an indelible role in the development of enterprises or companies, and have a profound impact on individual employment.
