文章摘要：采用DEA方法，以廣東省21市為研究對(duì)象，從《廣東旅游年鑒》中選取相關(guān)指標(biāo)，利用2008—2010年旅游行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)旅游效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并分析其在珠三角、粵東、粵西和粵北四個(gè)地區(qū)的差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，，廣東省城市旅游總效率、技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率均較高；各市之間、各地區(qū)之間的總效率和技術(shù)效率差距較大，規(guī)模效率差距較小，且各類效率的差距均有縮小的趨勢(shì)。其次，近40％的城市處于規(guī)模收益不變的階段，這些城市多位于珠三角地區(qū)。最后，根據(jù)旅游效率的大小和增速，可以將城市劃分為草根型、新秀型、明星型和貴族型四類。相關(guān)部門和企業(yè)口『以根據(jù)這些特征和規(guī)律，對(duì)旅游資源要素的投入規(guī)模和各項(xiàng)技術(shù)的利用水平進(jìn)行相應(yīng)調(diào)整。

Abstr：The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the tourism efficiency and analyze its regional differences. Based on Data Envelope Analysis, taking all the 21 cities in Guangdong province as objects, this study adapts panel data in tourism annals from 2008 to 2010. The results show that generally, the cities keep a high level of the overall efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency. However there is a wide gap in overall efficiency and technical efficiency among different cities and regions, the trend is towards a narrowed gap. Regarding the characteristic of developmental stages, almost 40% cities are in the stage of constant returns to scale and most of them are in the Pearl River Delta. According to the level and increase of tourism efficiency, cities Can be classified as ＂the grassroots, dark-horses, stars and nobles＂. The conclusions of this study can provide some illumination and suggestions to related departments and enterprises for improving tourism efficiency.
