游客低碳旅游認知、意愿和行為特征分析——以廈門鼓浪嶼為例

【摘要】：以廈門鼓浪嶼游客為調(diào)查對象,收集游客的人口學(xué)特征、低碳旅游認知、意愿和行為特征等相關(guān)信息,利用調(diào)查得到的數(shù)據(jù)進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析結(jié)果表明:游客低碳旅游認知不夠深入,相關(guān)概念存在認知差異,年齡、收。入、受教育程度、職業(yè)類別對游客的低碳旅游認知具有不同程度的影響;游客對于舉手之勞的、不需耗費財力或可以獲益的、無需太多精力的低碳項目的參與意愿程度比較高,而對于比較繁瑣、需要耗費財力精力、影響自己便利性、關(guān)系到自身潔凈等低碳項目的參與意愿程度比較低,受教育程度、收入對游客的低碳旅游意愿有明顯影響;游客低碳旅游行為效果較低,因為游客更多考慮自身支付能力、舒適和方便等因素。最后,從政府、旅游社區(qū)、旅游企業(yè)、旅游者4個體系給出了落實低碳旅游發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Taking Gulangyu tourists in Xiamen as the survey object, this paper collects the demographic characteristics, low carbon tourism cognition, willingness and behavior characteristics of tourists, and makes descriptive statistical analysis with the data obtained from the survey. The results show that tourists' low carbon tourism cognition is not deep enough, and there are cognitive differences, age and acceptance of related concepts. Entry, education level and occupation category have different degrees of influence on tourists' low-carbon tourism cognition. Tourists have a high willingness to participate in low-carbon projects that do not need to consume financial resources or benefit, and do not need too much energy to participate in low-carbon projects, but for more tedious, need to consume financial resources and energy, affect their own convenience, related to their own cleanliness and other low-carbon projects, the willingness to participate in low-carbon projects is relatively low, education level, income has a significant impact on tourists' low-carbon tourism willingness; Tourists' low-carbon tourism behavior is less effective, because tourists more consider their own ability to pay, comfort and convenience and other factors. Finally, some suggestions on the development of low-carbon tourism are given from the four systems of government, tourism community, tourism enterprises and tourists.
