【摘要】：近年來(lái),黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院高度重視旅游行業(yè)的發(fā)展,特別是紅色旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。因?yàn)檫@對(duì)傳承黨的歷史,發(fā)揚(yáng)黨的光榮傳統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期愛(ài)國(guó)主義教育,增強(qiáng)民族向心力和凝聚力,以及促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著積極的推動(dòng)的作用。鶴壁市始終高度重視紅色旅游發(fā)展,不斷持續(xù)發(fā)力,進(jìn)行了總體謀劃、出臺(tái)了優(yōu)惠政策、完善了相關(guān)制度,鶴壁市紅色旅游的知名度和影響力逐年擴(kuò)大。山城區(qū)作為鶴壁市的老城區(qū),堅(jiān)持以中央關(guān)于紅色旅游發(fā)展的指示精神作為總體方針,以鶴壁市對(duì)紅色旅游的發(fā)展定位作為具體方向,在挖掘自身紅色旅游資源和發(fā)展紅色旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)上做了很多努力,并在當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、供給側(cè)改革的新形勢(shì)下,將紅色旅游的發(fā)展作為帶動(dòng)山城區(qū)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的龍頭,以及作為推動(dòng)該地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的突破口。目前,山城區(qū)在紅色旅游實(shí)際開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程中,存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)程度不高,產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度不夠;基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套不足;紅色旅游景區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)層次低,重復(fù)建設(shè)嚴(yán)重;游客類(lèi)型相對(duì)單一,消費(fèi)水平不高;紅色旅游資源破壞嚴(yán)重,改造拆遷面臨挑戰(zhàn)等問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)山城區(qū)目前紅色旅游現(xiàn)狀的梳理,對(duì)山城區(qū)紅色旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)的必要行與可行性進(jìn)行了分析,提出了一系列關(guān)于山城區(qū)紅色旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的對(duì)策,這對(duì)于山城區(qū)政府解決紅色旅游開(kāi)發(fā)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of tourism industry, especially the development of red tourism. Because this plays a positive role in inheriting the history of the Party, carrying forward the glorious tradition of the Party, strengthening patriotism education in the new period, strengthening the national centripetal force and cohesion, and promoting the development of regional economy. Hebi City has always attached great importance to the development of red tourism, continued to work, carried out the overall plan, issued preferential policies, improved the relevant system, Hebi City Red Tourism popularity and influence expanded year by year. As the old urban area of Hebi City, Shancheng District adheres to the guiding spirit of the central government on the development of red tourism as the overall policy, takes the development orientation of red tourism in Hebi City as the specific direction, makes a lot of efforts in excavating its own red tourism resources and developing the red tourism industry, and under the new situation of industrial economic transformation and supply-side reform. The development of red tourism is regarded as the leader of promoting the development of tertiary industry in Shancheng area, and as a breakthrough to promote the industrial transformation and development of this area. At present, in the process of the actual development of red tourism in Shancheng District, there are some problems, such as the degree of industry is not high, the industrial correlation degree is not enough, the infrastructure is insufficient, the development level of red tourism scenic spot is low, the repeated construction is serious, the tourist type is relatively single, the consumption level is not high, the red tourism resources are seriously damaged, and the transformation and demolition are facing challenges. By combing the present situation of red tourism in Shancheng District, this paper analyzes the necessary lines and feasibility of the development of red tourism resources in Shancheng District, and puts forward a series of countermeasures for the development of red tourism in Shancheng District, which has certain reference significance for the government of Shancheng District to solve the problems in the development of red tourism.
