【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人們生活水平的穩(wěn)步提升,旅游業(yè)也隨之進入一個全新發(fā)展階段,市場對高素質(zhì)旅游人才的需求繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)旺盛態(tài)勢,這也為高職院校旅游專業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了新的契機。但在發(fā)展過程中旅游專業(yè)的師資隊伍建設(shè)與培養(yǎng)仍然呈現(xiàn)出一系列的顯著問題,培訓(xùn)效果不理想、教師深入企業(yè)實踐培訓(xùn)積極性不高、教學(xué)模式未能脫離專業(yè)學(xué)科體系等問題嚴(yán)重影響旅游專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,因此,完善高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)師資隊伍建設(shè)與培養(yǎng),仍是旅游教育發(fā)展的熱門話題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the steady improvement of people's living standards, the tourism industry has also entered a new stage of development, and the market demand for high-quality tourism talents continues to show a strong trend. This also brings new opportunities for the development of tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges. However, in the process of development, the construction and training of the teaching staff of tourism specialty still presents a series of remarkable problems, the training effect is not ideal, and the enthusiasm of teachers to go deep into the practice training of enterprises is not high. The teaching mode has not been separated from the professional subject system and other problems seriously affect the training quality of tourism professionals. Therefore, perfecting the construction and training of tourism management teachers in higher vocational colleges is still a hot topic in the development of tourism education.
