【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，社會(huì)分工越來越細(xì)致，企業(yè)間逐漸出現(xiàn)各種分工和合作，合作的期限也越來越長，合作關(guān)系越來越密切，繼而出現(xiàn)了企業(yè)間的聯(lián)盟。最初的聯(lián)盟是出現(xiàn)在國家與國家之間，為了解決國家間制衡的問題，，后來逐漸被學(xué)者和企業(yè)家成功的運(yùn)用在社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域。聯(lián)盟的概念已經(jīng)被學(xué)者運(yùn)用在各種領(lǐng)域，如何構(gòu)建聯(lián)盟，影響聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建的因素有哪些，如何維持聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定發(fā)展等問題是學(xué)術(shù)界研究聯(lián)盟的關(guān)鍵。 長江三峽旅游景區(qū)作為中國旅游的代表性品牌，其發(fā)展方向一直是旅游學(xué)界和國家關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。但是就目前來看，長江三峽旅游發(fā)展受到國家、地方政府、旅游經(jīng)營者等各類主體的干涉，旅游開發(fā)呈現(xiàn)出行政割據(jù)、資源浪費(fèi)、過度開發(fā)、重復(fù)建設(shè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施分布不均衡等一系列亂象。因此未來長江三峽旅游發(fā)展的模式是什么，通過什么樣的途徑達(dá)到這樣的模式將是我們研究的重點(diǎn)。本研究從共生理論的視角結(jié)合自組織理論對(duì)長江三峽旅游自主聯(lián)盟的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行分析，引導(dǎo)長江三峽旅游區(qū)域構(gòu)建旅游自主聯(lián)盟，實(shí)現(xiàn)各區(qū)域之間一體化互惠共生，使之產(chǎn)生共生能量，實(shí)現(xiàn)長江三峽旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 文章首先對(duì)旅游聯(lián)盟理論、共生理論和自組織理論進(jìn)行了論述，并且結(jié)合三者對(duì)旅游自主聯(lián)盟的概念、內(nèi)涵和特征進(jìn)行了定義。 其次，運(yùn)用共生理論對(duì)長江三峽旅游合作的三個(gè)層面的典型案例進(jìn)行分析，得出構(gòu)建旅游自主聯(lián)盟是促進(jìn)長江三峽旅游共生發(fā)展的重要途徑，并對(duì)以往非自主聯(lián)盟存在問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 然后，結(jié)合演化博弈，研究長江三峽旅游自主聯(lián)盟在加入自主聯(lián)盟約束力作用下的構(gòu)建影響因素，并根據(jù)影響因素確定構(gòu)建原則。 最后，根據(jù)前文各章節(jié)的分析，以及構(gòu)建長江三峽旅游自主聯(lián)盟的指導(dǎo)思想，從長江三峽旅游自主聯(lián)盟共生演進(jìn)層次劃分，分別對(duì)長江三峽旅游自主聯(lián)盟平臺(tái)構(gòu)建、利益機(jī)制構(gòu)建、自主管理組織構(gòu)建三方面提出構(gòu)建建議。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of society, the social division of labor is becoming more and more meticulous, there are gradually a variety of division of labor and cooperation among enterprises, the duration of cooperation is also longer and longer, the cooperative relationship is getting closer and closer, and then there is an alliance between enterprises. At first, the alliance appeared between countries. In order to solve the problem of checks and balances between countries, it was gradually used by scholars and entrepreneurs in all fields of society. The concept of alliance has been used by scholars in various fields. How to build alliance, what factors affect the construction of alliance, how to maintain the stable development of alliance and so on are the key to academic research alliance. As the representative brand of Chinese tourism, the development direction of the three Gorges Scenic spot of the Yangtze River has always been the focus of attention of tourism circles and countries. However, at present, the tourism development of the three Gorges of the Yangtze River is interfered by all kinds of subjects, such as the state, local governments, tourism operators and so on. Tourism development shows administrative separation, waste of resources, overexploitation and repeated construction. A series of chaos, such as uneven distribution of infrastructure. Therefore, what is the mode of tourism development in the three Gorges of the Yangtze River in the future, and what way to achieve this model will be the focus of our research. This study analyzes the construction of the tourism independent alliance of the three Gorges of the Yangtze River from the perspective of symbiosis theory and the theory of self-organization, guides the three Gorges tourism region of the Yangtze River to construct the tourism independent alliance, and realizes the integration and mutual symbiosis among the regions. Make it produce symbiotic energy and realize the sustainable development of tourism in the three Gorges of the Yangtze River. Firstly, this paper discusses the theory of tourism alliance, symbiosis theory and self-organization theory, and defines the concept, connotation and characteristics of tourism independent alliance. Secondly, using symbiosis theory to analyze the typical cases of three levels of tourism cooperation in the three Gorges of the Yangtze River, it is concluded that the construction of tourism independent alliance is an important way to promote the development of tourism symbiosis in the three Gorges of the Yangtze River. The problems existing in the past non-autonomous alliance are summarized. Then, combined with the evolutionary game, this paper studies the influencing factors of the tourism autonomy alliance of the three Gorges of the Yangtze River under the binding force of joining the autonomy alliance, and determines the construction principles according to the influencing factors. Finally, according to the analysis of the previous chapters and the guiding ideology of constructing the three Gorges Tourism Autonomy Alliance of the Yangtze River, from the symbiotic evolution level of the three Gorges Tourism Autonomy Alliance of the Yangtze River, the platform of the Tourism Autonomy Alliance of the three Gorges of the Yangtze River is constructed respectively. The construction of interest mechanism and the construction of independent management organization are put forward.
