支持性體驗與高峰體驗:旅游者飲食消費研究——以成都為例

【摘要】:作為旅游者在目的地進行的不可或缺的活動,飲食消費既是滿足旅游者基本需要的行為,也是旅游體驗的重要組成部分。長期以來,旅游學(xué)界對旅游者的飲食消費關(guān)注較少。基于此,本文運用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法對旅游者的飲食消費進行實證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),旅游者的飲食消費主要受"文化象征"、"基本需求"、"人際關(guān)系"和"健康考慮"等因素的影響,且這些因素在旅游者的個體特征上表現(xiàn)出一定的差異性;同時,當(dāng)旅游飲食消費作為一種日常延伸的支持性體驗時,其明顯受到"基本需求"和"健康考慮"的影響;而作為一種顛覆日常的高峰體驗時,受"文化象征"和"人際關(guān)系"的影響較大;诼糜握叩娘嬍诚M體驗,提出"旅游者的自我矛盾"的概念。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable activity for tourists in their destination, diet consumption is not only a behavior to meet the basic needs of tourists, but also an important part of tourism experience. For a long time, the tourism community has paid less attention to tourists' diet consumption. Based on this, this paper makes an empirical study on tourists' diet consumption by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. It is found that tourists' diet consumption is mainly affected by "cultural symbols", "basic needs", "interpersonal relationship" and "health considerations", and these factors show certain differences in the individual characteristics of tourists. At the same time, when tourism diet consumption as a daily extension of supportive experience, it is obviously affected by "basic needs" and "health considerations"; As a subversive daily peak experience, it is greatly influenced by "cultural symbol" and "interpersonal relationship". Based on the experience of tourists' diet and consumption, the concept of "tourists' self-contradiction" is put forward.
