山地景區(qū)標(biāo)識(shí)解說系統(tǒng)效度對(duì)游客安全感的影響研究
[Abstract]:The identification and interpretation system is an important part of mountain scenic spots and an important medium connecting mountain scenic spots with tourists. The tourism resources of mountain scenic spots are complex and diverse, the scenic spots are located in remote areas, and the roads are complex. In addition, tourists have a process of exploring and adapting to strange environments, which highlights the important role of the mountain scenic spot marking and interpretation system in the process of tourists' visit. The existing research on the relationship between the identification interpretation system and tourists' perception mainly focuses on the relationship between the validity of the identification interpretation system and the tourist satisfaction, the tourist identity and the tourist revisit. However, there is no in-depth discussion on the internal mechanism of the impact of the identification interpretation system on tourists' perception. Through literature analysis, it can be found that the validity of the identification interpretation system has an inherent relationship with the factors closely related to the tourists' sense of security, such as the perceived degree of potential threat, the change of emotion, the level of knowledge acquisition and so on. Therefore, it is expected that there is a significant correlation between the validity of the system and tourists' sense of security through the empirical study, which will provide empirical support for the study of tourists' perception of scenic spots. First, this paper expounds the research background, research significance, research framework and innovation, and explores the overall research ideas. In the part of literature review, the author summarizes the origin, classification and function of the scenic area interpretation system, and mainly comments on the mountain scenic spot marking interpretation system. At the same time, the connotation and dimension of tourist sense of security are analyzed, and the intrinsic mechanism between the validity of the interpretation system of mountain scenic spots and the tourists' sense of security is preliminarily explored. With the support of literature review and theoretical basis, this paper makes bold assumptions and constructs a hypothetical model between the three potential variables, namely, the validity of the identification interpretation system, the sense of control of tourists and the potential variables of tourist sense of security. In order to verify the hypothetical relationship, we refer to the maturity scale of each potential variable, and adjust the existing scale according to the purpose of the study. Finally, we test the hypothetical relationship by means of questionnaire, collection and statistics, and finally, the empirical method is used to test the hypothetical relationship. The conclusions are as follows: first, the system validity of mountain scenic spot identification can be extracted from three dimensions: safety warning system validity, space guidance system validity and attraction interpretation system validity. The validity of the identification interpretation system has a significant positive effect on tourists' sense of security. Second, the validity of the identification interpretation system has a significant positive impact on the sense of control of tourists, third, the sense of control of tourists has a significant positive impact on the tourist sense of security. Fourthly, the sense of control plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the validity of the identification interpretation system and the tourist sense of security. Finally, through the analysis of the deep meaning of the research conclusion, some reasonable suggestions are given to improve the validity of the interpretation system of mountain scenic spots.
