中國沿海地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的時(shí)序關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)的綜合性、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)決定了旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須建立在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)之上。實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的協(xié)調(diào)有序發(fā)展,不僅可以進(jìn)一步帶動(dòng)區(qū)域旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,更是帶動(dòng)區(qū)域國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不可或缺的催化劑和驅(qū)動(dòng)力。因此,旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要課題之一就是如何實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚協(xié)調(diào)有序和互動(dòng)共進(jìn)。 中國沿海地區(qū)旅游資源稟賦豐富,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好。如何將優(yōu)越的資源、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)效益優(yōu)勢,這對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚關(guān)聯(lián)及作用機(jī)理研究提出了更高的要求。本文立足于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展關(guān)系的視角,采用1996-2011年中國沿海11省市區(qū)相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)熵值、相似系數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)力分析對中國沿海地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)水平進(jìn)行測度和時(shí)序演化分析,,采用酒店區(qū)位商、旅行社區(qū)位商、其他旅游企業(yè)區(qū)位商和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)位商對中國沿海地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度進(jìn)行測度和時(shí)序演化分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)沿海地區(qū)大部分省份旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與全國呈現(xiàn)趨異性發(fā)展態(tài)勢,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化程度各異,變動(dòng)較大,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展尚未穩(wěn)定;旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚在沿海地區(qū)大部分省份已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,但部分集聚程度呈現(xiàn)逐年下降趨勢。 在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用單位根、協(xié)整、因果檢驗(yàn)和廣義脈沖等面板數(shù)據(jù)分析方法探討中國沿海地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚時(shí)序關(guān)聯(lián)和作用機(jī)理,研究表明旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的發(fā)展可促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí),伴隨旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平發(fā)展,旅游各行業(yè)會(huì)出現(xiàn)合理分工,形成區(qū)域旅游品牌,市場機(jī)制逐漸完善,產(chǎn)生規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),從而加速旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換。而旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展使得結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性增強(qiáng),有效地促進(jìn)了旅游生產(chǎn)、流通、分配及消費(fèi)活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行,從而加劇旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象的形成。最后,本文從優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以帶動(dòng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)、發(fā)揮旅游集聚效應(yīng)以推動(dòng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新開發(fā)模式以促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與集聚協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展三個(gè)方面提出促進(jìn)沿海地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對策及路徑,以期為促進(jìn)沿海地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的動(dòng)態(tài)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of tourism industry, such as comprehensiveness and strong industry connection, decide that the sustainable development of tourism must be based on the coordinated development of tourism industry structure and tourism industry agglomeration. Realizing the coordinated and orderly development of tourism industry structure and tourism industry agglomeration can not only further promote the development of regional tourism economy, but also be an indispensable catalyst and driving force for the development of regional national economy. Therefore, one of the important issues of the sustainable development of tourism is how to realize the coordination, order and interaction between tourism industry structure and tourism industry agglomeration. China's coastal areas rich in tourism resources, tourism industry development situation is good. How to transform superior resources and location advantages into economic benefits puts forward higher requirements for the study of the relationship and mechanism between tourism industry structure and tourism industry agglomeration. Based on the relationship between the adjustment of tourism industry structure and the development of tourism industry agglomeration, this paper adopts the relevant index data of 11 provinces, cities and regions along the coast of China from 1996 to 2011, and makes use of the entropy value of tourism industry structure system. Similarity coefficient and structural productivity analysis measure and time series evolution of tourism industry structure level in coastal areas of China, using hotel location quotient, travel agency location quotient, By measuring and analyzing the degree of agglomeration of tourism industry in coastal areas of China, the author finds that the tourism industrial structure of most provinces in the coastal area shows a trend of development with the development of the whole country, and the tourism industry structure of most provinces in the coastal area is similar to that of the whole country. The degree of optimization of industrial structure varies greatly, and the development of tourism industrial structure has not been stable. The concentration of tourism industry has already taken shape in most of the coastal provinces, but the degree of agglomeration is decreasing year by year. On this basis, by using the panel data analysis methods such as unit root, co-integration, causality test and generalized impulse, this paper discusses the relationship between tourism industry structure and tourism industry agglomeration time-sequence and its mechanism in coastal areas of China. The research shows that the development of tourism industry agglomeration can promote the optimization and upgrading of tourism industry structure. With the development of tourism industry agglomeration level, tourism industries will have a reasonable division of labor, form a regional tourism brand, and gradually improve the market mechanism. Produce economies of scale, thus accelerating the transformation of tourism industry structure. The development of tourism industrial structure enhances the industrial relevance within the structure, effectively promotes the smooth development of tourism production, circulation, distribution and consumption activities, thus aggravating the formation of tourism industry agglomeration. Finally, this article from the optimization of the industrial structure to promote the tourism industry agglomeration effect, Give full play to the effect of tourism agglomeration to promote the optimization of tourism industry structure and innovation of the development model to promote the coordinated development of tourism industry structure and agglomeration three aspects put forward to promote the coastal areas tourism industry structure and tourism industry agglomeration coordinated development countermeasures and paths. In order to promote the dynamic and coordinated development of tourism industry economy in coastal areas to provide reference and reference.
